Hi, looking to lease a 2015 Q50 in Austin, Tx. Here are numbers quoted on 2 different vehicles. Please let me know if these sound good or you need more info.
1. Q50 Premium with deluxe touring package MSRP - $46,405 Net Cap - $39,316 Residual Value - $23,202.50 39mo 12k mi $489/month 0 down. They waive off the last 2 payments on my G37.
2. Q50 Premium (with navigation and Bose) MSRP - $43,795 Net Cap - $35,850 Demo model so discount of $7945 Residual Value - $21,897.50 39mo 12k mi $427/month 0 down. They waive off the last 2 payments on my G37.
Thanks a lot!
.00030 MF and 50% residual on either.
I get $432/mo. or $375/mo.
Does your NET cap include sales tax? I'm guessing it doesn't?
I'm not sure if net cap includes sales tax but I emailed and asked. 427 vs 375 is BIG difference! Any tips on how to make him come to 375? What can I show him to get to that number? Thanks a lot.
Sales tax in Texas is pretty high, so that's what you need to find out first. Texas charges tax on the full selling price. It could easily be the full difference in payments.
Taxes and fees are $2200.04 on the first one and $1983.78 on the second. Does that add up to monthly payments now?
Divide the tax amount by the lease term (39 months) to get the uplift to the payment.
$56/mo on the first one, and $51/mo on the second.
Thanks. That does come out to be what he quoted me.
So now the big question - does this sound like a good deal?
The only variable at this point is the selling price. If you're comfortable with it, no reason not to pull the trigger.
Got a quote from Audi as well. Posted in the Audi forum for a recommendation. Thank you for your help here!

Got into a dealer v dealer quote fight, threw Audi in the mix and the best he's offering on the Q50 now is $398. Unless Audi can match that, I'm pulling the trigger on the Q50. Thanks for all your help.
What's 2015 Q50 3.7L RWD Premium (with Techonology pkg and Delex touring pkg) residual value and money factor in April (36/39month, 10k miles per year)?

Just wanted to post a final update. Was able to get my payments down to $383 for 39mo/12k mi or $372 for 39mo/10k mi for 2015 Q50 with navigation package. Went with the 12k mi offer. Negotiated window tinting and pearl white color ($500 extra) for free as well. This was at Austin Infiniti. Thanks for all the help here!

I am looking for the residual and money factor for a 2015 Infiniti Q50 AWD Premium Package in Wisconsin. 36 month/10k miles and 39 month/10k miles. MSRP is $45,630. Any help is appreciated.

Is this a good deal? I have maybe $335 of equity in the vehicle I am trading in based on what they are offering on my trade. Had them price the different mileage options below.

Could I please have numbers for:
'15 Q50 Hybrid premium RWD 12k/39 months and
'15 Q50 premium RWD 12k/39 (I'm assuming 39 is still the best term)
Southeast region AL/GA
Thank you!
Can you please post the new MAY lease figures for the 2015 Q50 Premium please. Southern Calif, 39 months (or 36) with 10k miles/yr. RV, MF etc. Also, need the Q50 2016, here or in the other forum, thanks.

Still trying to get official figures, but working on a deal here in New Jersey for a 2015 Q50 Hybrid Premium with nav/all weather/spoiler/illuminated kick plate/splash guards -
MSRP 50010.
I have not gotten an official sale price but I think they are discounting more than 20% off MSRP. I am rolling in 3115 of negative equity from current lease. (currently paying $386/month)
The offer is 39 months / 10,000 miles per year $428/month with $500 down out of pocket.
quoted me MF of .00025 and Residual of 52%
On the surface Michael and kydfx - what do you think???

I confirm the MF and residual, this month.
Even with the negative equity, that looks like a good payment. Would help to know the adjusted cap cost, including the discount from sticker and the negative equity.
So I have the sales order here and written in large pen is 428 10k 500 out of pocket, I should be good to go, right? (Im always so nervous about car deals) especially if your number is that and I was told 428.

Looks good to me.
So, are they taking your car in trade or just giving you a check to cover the remaining payments?
I believe they are just writing me a check for 3100 and we'll turn the car into the leasing company - they are part of a "family" of dealerships that has a Chevy dealership across the street.
They had to work that in the deal somehow, right? Selling price higher than it really would have been?
And funny, I took a picture of the car yesterday and did not notice a large green Sale sticker on the front windshield that listed "Lease for 349 plus tax with 2,500 down at inception."

Is the MF .00003 or .0003? I've seen both in the forum. Just want to verify as it makes a $16 difference/month.

I get $478 a month with your prices. Either the money factor has been marked up, or the capitalized cost is higher than your selling price.

Should I ask the dealer to provide the MF to confirm?
also is this a good MF/residual value or have you seen better?
how can the cap cost be more expensive than my selling price? 49k msrp. Dealer incentives were 9k off msrp. Could you please explain?
thank you!
If you add all of the fees and taxes into the selling price, that's what makes the capitalized cost
