Can you please let me know MF and residual for 36/15 in Florida? And if they stay the same for all trims? Also any lease cash, promos, etc. Thank you in advance.

What is the net cap cost? I ask because the taxes and acquisition fee are being rolled into the lease, since you aren't paying them up front.

I don't have them off hand but I believe the acquisition fees are $600 and taxes would be 8.725%? Does that make more sense?

The offer sheet should have this information. In NY, lease tax is calculated against the sum of the payments.
Have an offer from a dealer for a SR model....quoted me 365$/ month for 36/12. 2000$ to drive the car off plus 1st month. Seems high so need some help here. Can you confirm these #s??

Yeh I thought so too. The only issue I had was that I see on these dealer websites in say Washington D.C. or another state over that they are willing to sell the car at $33,500 or so. Wondering how that works if I decided to go out of state to lease the car?
On the Nissan Maxima, Platinum with an MSRP of $42.355, how does $1,537 inceptions sound at $388 month for 36/12? South Florida market. Please and thank you!

Purchase quotes may not be the same as a lease quote. There could be incentives that aren't applicable to a lease. I doubt there is any magic across state lines.

Michaell, any chance of finding a lease deal for under $400 in Central NJ (07920) for 2016 Maxima 3.5 SR Midnight Package (MSRP 39,410) 36 months / 12,000 miles? I found vehicle in Springfield, NJ..Avenel, NJ...and Flemington, NJ (added exterior ground lighting and interior accent lighting for MSRP of $39,900.
Would like to put $0 down or only 1st month. I currently have 11 payments remaining on 2014 Chevrolet Malibu ($386/month) - payoff of $3849.
Is it possible to have a dealer buy out current lease and get me in a Maxima for close to what I'm paying now? Would love to hear thoughts from all.

Thank you Michaell - best option probably to wait another 1/2 year to knock off payments although I am interested in the vehicle now.
I'm in the same boat. My lease ends in Oct / Nov and I'm chomping at the bit to get serious about my next car. But, the negative equity is holding me back.
I am rather put off by Edmunds Price Promise and TrueCar - so you take this "guaranteed price" to the dealer and want to work a lease using that sale price but it never works that way - they need a "guaranteed lease price" button as well. For example TrueCar is telling me that at certain dealers I can get over $6,000 off MSRP but then you take this to the dealer and they are like - no..sorry...etc.
I need to get the Adjusted Cap Cost to about $36,000 in order for me to lease the Maxima SR Midnight Edition (with my current 11 payments of a Malibu lease being bought out by the dealer) -- How do I get there with a dealer, am I dreaming???

My guess is those tools are set up for those buying or financing, not leasing. Which, as you point out, doesn't help those of us who are wanting to lease.

Do you not recommend calling the dealer and speaking to someone in the "internet sales department?" I email and all they want me to do is come down to the dealer to "take a look.," I'm not interested as I know what I am looking for and what price I want to pay - without me in the dealer they hardly ever talk price.

If you have a price in mind, include it in the email and tell them you'll buy / lease at that price.
Called up a dealer for fun who had vehicle and basically told me there was no way he could sell the car for that price, guess I'm waiting 4 to 6 months to pay down more of the current lease. Worth a shot though.

g6leaser, what did they say about your remaining lease payments? Too many or what?
Said they could roll those in but the added cost to the adjusted cap would make my lease to high for what I want to pay. Currently speaking with another dealer for similar vehicle who says they will email quote - if the sale price is what they said on the phone on the offer email it will be a good deal even with my current payments rolled in. We'll keep you posted.

Yes, definitely keep me posted. I have 4 payments ($1700) left on my current lease and I'm curious as to what kind of deal you get with 8 payments left.
I can tell you that I'm avoiding going down to the dealer and trying to get an email quote is like pulling teeth, unfortunately most of the internet salespeople I have contacted don't know what they are doing - is that industry wide?

Yep .. many dealers are still stuck in the (early) 20th century.
"Come on down..." is as creative as they get.
Keep searching; it only takes one dealer to meet your numbers.
g6leaser, I don't know if you're a member on the forum maxima.org, but they are posting that they are getting over $6k off of list prices on the Max. Some guy leased a $38k SL model for $360 including tax etc.

Yeah, they want to get you down there so the "big" man (manager) can wear you down and close you.
Thank you for the info Michael, I will join up maxima.org and see. Michael, yes I know - and I have been leasing for many years now - started with a Pontiac G6 a long time ago. I know the drill.
Michael or kd - can I have the current MF/Residulal on 2016 Maxima SL (36 months / 12k)?
I'm thinking this may be a better option for me over the SR or Platinum - MSRP $38485 about $3k less than Platinum. If I could negotiate sale price down to $35,000 (or around there)
Even with dealer eating my current lease payoff of 3,849.
Am I correct that there is $1650 Nissan Maxima lease cash? Dealer also will honor $2500 competing dealer bonus lease payoff cash. So $4,150 in cap cost reductions.
Very possible to get to $400/month range, correct? Or am I way off?

Do you suggest going about this via the internet?
Email as much as possible. Tell them you plan to buy / lease by 'x' date and are ready to security a deposit via CC when you get the price you want.

"Come on down..." is as creative as they get.
Keep searching; it only takes one dealer to meet your numbers.

No information on incentives.
