Sorry, I had you at $339 and forgot to use the $1950 lease cash.

Here are the deals I come up with:

1.
$2,000 down
$280 per-month (taxes are in this)

2.
$350 down (just first month payment)
$350 per-month (ALL IN)

when they say "$2000 due at signing for conveyance" it is NOT true. They play with the down payment and make money off of you that way.
Put nothing down, do all in for $350 a month.

With your numbers, I get $326/mo plus tax.

Ask for the breakdown of the $2000 up front - CT dealers charge a 'conveyance' fee, which is a dealer fee by another name. You can negotiate a better cap cost price to mitigate that cost. The rest is probably first payment, bank fee and DMV costs.

MSRP $34,150
Sales price $30,670 minus $2,650 rebates = $28,020
Rolled acquisition fee and tax into lease (8.625%) (except tax on rebate)
Total at signing $872 (1st month, tax on rebate, doc fee, misc dmv)
$329 per month

All trims have the same numbers.

We don't have any incentive information for Nissan.

The 2017 Maxima has far better numbers.
