Have 2016 MF and residual come out on 535's? They're now in stock. Looking at 12k/36 but maybe 12k/24mo too. Thanks.

I know there is $2000 buildout cash for the 2015 models they are trying to move, but is that cash available for 2016 as well? I am trying to decide whether to lease a 2015 or order a 2016 that has the exact configuration I want. Thank you.

535i. 36 months/10K a year. I saw the MF went up for 2015 models. Is it the same for 2016? Any incentives that help ease the pain? Thank you.

    Hi,

Could you provide me with the residual and MF for both a 2015 and 2016 535 xDrive with 10k/yr?
Also, are the incentives the same as above for the xDrive (i.e. 2k for 2015 and 1k for 2016)?

    Thanks

Thank you. In your opinion, what do you think of this deal.. Mind you I wasn't even considering a 5 series. I was looking at a 4 but the sales guy said that the 5's lease much better and that it is the most comparable to my current car. I glanced at the sticker very quickly...roughly $57k. 2016 528 xDrive. We didn't even speak in depth about the actual prices but this is what he left me off with.

    36/15k
Put down only the taxes - $3,800
    max MSD of $4,200

    monthly payment $569

any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Without knowing the MSRP and selling prices, it's hard to fully evaluate the deal.

Hello. I am about to close a deal on a 2016 5 Series. Trying to decide whether to wait until November and see if the numbers get better. The dealer says they don't care whether I buy the car in October or November. I am in no particular hurry, although there is always a chance the car could be sold this weekend. Any suggestions or predictions as to what could happen in November?

You may want to wait until next month ... and, there will be lots of 2016's available.

Without knowing the MSRP and selling prices, it's hard to fully evaluate the deal.

    MSRP = $56,045.00
    L.E.V % = 57%
    L.E.V $ = $31,945.65
    Term = 36 months
    Selling Price = $49,577.18
    Adj. Cap Cost = $49,577.18
    Annaul Miles = 15,000
Lease Factor = 0.00085 (I'm assuming this is with 7 MSDs)
    Total Tax Window = $1,698.80 (7% tax)
    Security Deposit = $4,200
    MV Fees = $323.30
    Doc Fee = $299.00
    Acq Fee = $925
Amount Due at Start = $8,005.15
    Total Monthly Payment = $559.05

    Thoughts? Thanks!

My math works out the same as yours ... yes, the .00085 MF assumes 7 MSDs.

Only way to improve on this is to get a lower selling price.

Are the November numbers out yet?

Looking specifically for 2016 535i residuals @ 15k, and the latest MF. I assume 36-months is still the sweet spot? Maybe they are planning a 39-month surprise like last year.

Hoping BMW is planning on making a push for #1 at the end of the year with some really attractive holiday numbers...

.00131 MF and 60%/59% residual. $1000 option credit + $1000 Novemberfest adder (which is probably not good for ED, as it is not a lockable incentive).

Last time we checked, ED gets a .0003 bump in the MF (so, .00161).

Do you have numbers back from August by any chance? It sounds odd I am asking for August numbers, its for a ED I picked up back in august but haven't signed lease paperwork yet.

    How did I do?

Leased 2016 BMW 535I XDrive Sedan
MSRP $63,945 - includes Cold Weather package, Driver Assistance & Premium package
    Color: Space Gray
36 month lease 10K miles per year
$4,365 down - includes first month payment of $625
$625 per month - includes - excess wear & tear up to $7,500 allowance when returning the vehicle.
    Total cost: $26,240

I heard BMW hits you hard at lease turn-in so wear & tear option was important. No allowance in lease unlike some others.

What is the cap cost? How much did you get below MSPR/Invoice?

What is the net cap cost?

What is the full breakdown of the $4365 due at signing?

    .00131 and 60% for 2016 535xi.

    Michaell & Seh,

Can you clarify why these are important facts when you have total lease cost of $26,240?

    $4365 = 1st Month $625, Cap Reduction $2,079.56, Tax & Tire $31.83, Doc $369, Reg/Title Fees $334.50 & Acquisition fee $334.50.

    MSRP $63,495 - Gross Cap Cost - Agreed Sale value $56,724.71 + $399 Wear & Tear = $57,123.71 + tax & title = $58,477.45

The cap reduction is at risk if you total the car or its stolen.

Knowing the the cap cost allows us to determine if the MF is marked up or not.
