    Have 2016 MF and residual come out on 535's? They're now in stock. Looking at 12k/36 but maybe 12k/24mo too. Thanks.

  • I know there is $2000 buildout cash for the 2015 models they are trying to move, but is that cash available for 2016 as well? I am trying to decide whether to lease a 2015 or order a 2016 that has the exact configuration I want. Thank you.

  • Hi,

    Could you provide me with the residual and MF for both a 2015 and 2016 535 xDrive with 10k/yr?
    Also, are the incentives the same as above for the xDrive (i.e. 2k for 2015 and 1k for 2016)?

    Thanks

    Thank you. In your opinion, what do you think of this deal.. Mind you I wasn't even considering a 5 series. I was looking at a 4 but the sales guy said that the 5's lease much better and that it is the most comparable to my current car. I glanced at the sticker very quickly...roughly $57k. 2016 528 xDrive. We didn't even speak in depth about the actual prices but this is what he left me off with.

    36/15k
    Put down only the taxes - $3,800
    max MSD of $4,200

    monthly payment $569

    any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Without knowing the MSRP and selling prices, it's hard to fully evaluate the deal.

  • Hello. I am about to close a deal on a 2016 5 Series. Trying to decide whether to wait until November and see if the numbers get better. The dealer says they don't care whether I buy the car in October or November. I am in no particular hurry, although there is always a chance the car could be sold this weekend. Any suggestions or predictions as to what could happen in November?

    You may want to wait until next month ... and, there will be lots of 2016's available.

    Without knowing the MSRP and selling prices, it's hard to fully evaluate the deal.

    MSRP = $56,045.00
    L.E.V % = 57%
    L.E.V $ = $31,945.65
    Term = 36 months
    Selling Price = $49,577.18
    Adj. Cap Cost = $49,577.18
    Annaul Miles = 15,000
    Lease Factor = 0.00085 (I'm assuming this is with 7 MSDs)
    Total Tax Window = $1,698.80 (7% tax)
    Security Deposit = $4,200
    MV Fees = $323.30
    Doc Fee = $299.00
    Acq Fee = $925
    Amount Due at Start = $8,005.15
    Total Monthly Payment = $559.05

    Thoughts? Thanks!

    My math works out the same as yours ... yes, the .00085 MF assumes 7 MSDs.

    Only way to improve on this is to get a lower selling price.

  • Are the November numbers out yet?

    Looking specifically for 2016 535i residuals @ 15k, and the latest MF. I assume 36-months is still the sweet spot? Maybe they are planning a 39-month surprise like last year.

    Hoping BMW is planning on making a push for #1 at the end of the year with some really attractive holiday numbers...
