Thanks, yes it was zero out of pocket $280.05 tax included, they made first payment just got my statement 38 to go. Great car by the way, have driven it a few times and people don't even think its a Honda,lol.

It appears that it's good for either term, but that's not crystal clear.

They are really pushing 39 months, so anything is possible.

there must be some additional incentive on the Sport model. my local dealer has leases on their web site for 234/mo for the LX and 238/mo for the sport. both are zero down but pre-tax. all fees are included. I was going to jump on the sport deal until i priced 19 inch tires (~$250 each) which would probably need to be replaced upon lease turn-in (mileage dependent). Plus low profile tires are not conducive to a softer ride - guess i am old...

Large California dealership emailing out offer of 21,988 on accord sport cvt so a few hundred less can probably be had. At 39 months 12k a year I get 0 down 218.35 a month plus tax, not including license and doc fees.

what numbers are you using? at that crazy low price i still get 221.21 [using 25785, 57%, .00051, 39mo, 595 acq, excluded fees and tax]

perhaps the mod can assist?

If the $1650 includes, tax, title/dealer fees, acquisition fee and 1st payment (and, that seems about right), then I get $277/mo, so that part looks good.

There is $500 of lease cash on this model, so the only thing to determine is if the selling price is good.

after striking out on a Sonata deal i am back here. i noticed the prices on the weymouth site have dropped a lot since my last visit there. Has something changed from honda? 58% residual, mf .00051 and $500 lease cash - i can't get any numbers to work out unless i discount the msrp by at least 3000 which seems like too much...has Santa arrived early?

58% is the 36/12 residual for the LX, EX or Sport. I confirm the .00051 MF and $500 lease cash.

Doc fee and acquisition fee might be $1000 total. That adds up to another $28/mo. on a 36 month lease.

Still puts you under $200/mo. with tax, I would think.

I get the same numbers, within pennies. If you're comfortable with the selling price, no reason not to pull the trigger.

One thing I noticed on the lease worksheet is a first payment waiver offset of $415.93 which results in the 1st month payment of $16.61 which was rolled into the cap cost. Is this first payment waiver essentially like an additional reduction of the total cap cost by the dealer perhaps utilizing most, but not all, of the $500 in lease cash?

I suppose that's possible. A "sign & drive" promotion does exist for Honda ... if you roll everything into the cap cost, the MF is discounted .00010 as a result.

Thoughts on deal I just did yesterday in Long Island, NY. Leased a 2016 accord ex-l for 39 months 10,000 miles per year for $275 per month. Total out of pocket at signing was $615 (first month, DMV, tax on rebates and NYS fees). Dealer also took back old leased Nissan paying $690 to Nissan. MSRP was $29,405.
