based on this, they are offering base lease payments as such:

$1500 customer cash: $303.23 for 24 months, $274.18 for 30 months, $263.00 for 36 months

$2500 customer cash: $259.16 for 24 months, $239.11 for 30 months, $233.85 for 36 months

i'm assuming i should avoid putting down customer cash and shoot for a $0 down payment lease and just pay fees up front along with first month's payment?

Been reading this forum the last few days. I currently drive a 2012 Camry (SE 4cyl) that I have roughly $3000 left on before paying it off. I'm currently paying $300 a month for my car but have been considering trading in my Camry and leasing a 2016 Accord V6 (either EX-L w/navi and HS or Touring for the LED headlights).

I've never leased a car before so I'm wondering what the MF and residual will be for the models I mentioned above in the Bay Area (Cupertino)?

Also how are dealerships in regards to tinting windows on a lease? Is it allowed? I currently have limo tint on the rear windows and 30% on the front two so I would like to do the same on the lease.

What is the lowest price you have seen for the EX-L V6? I initially wanted the Sport due to looks but i am having a hard time convincing myself of a 4 cylinder since i have been driving 6 cylinder cars for the last 10 years

I was advised by a member here (thank you) not to add the leather to the Sport with a lease.

I don't know ... ask the dealer.

To drop the payment that much, you'll need to get another $1000 off the selling price.

MF for a one-pay lease would be .00001. (actually, the discount is .00080 from the original MF, but since the MF on the Accord is .00051 and you can't have a negative MF, the MF is set at .00001)

In TX, you pay sales tax against the entire selling price; no way around that, to my knowledge.

If the car is stolen or totaled with a one-pay lease, you would be refunded the unused portion of the payments. Different than cap reduction, which is lost if the vehicle is totaled.

Check the "Accord Prices Paid" forum - there are some pretty sweet deals being had on the Sport .. under $22K, IIRC.

If this is a true "sign and drive" promotion, and all fees are rolled into the cap cost, with absolutely $0 out of pocket at signing, the MF is .00041 and the 36/12 residual is 51%.

Using your prices, I get about $445/mo including 9% tax. Your quote is right in the ballpark.
