We'd need both the MSRP and selling price to calculate the payment.

We don't have specific 18K residual values; however, if I use the 27/15 residual of 60% with your numbers, I get $500/mo before tax. So, allowing for tax and the lower residual for the extra miles, $550/mo looks pretty solid.

I also know they used an MF of .0014. This seems a little high from what I've seen on here. I'm in southern California.

$0 down is not the same as $0 due at signing - there is the first payment, acquisition fee and DMV costs to account for.

36/7.5 on the IS200t is 60%.

If your selling price is the cap cost, I get $413/mo before tax (using the base MF of .00110). CA taxes the monthly payment, so something seems off.

If your quote includes tax, it looks pretty solid.

Hi. Can you please confirm that the MF for 2016 IS200t F-Sport in Houston, Texas is 0.00110 in November and December? I was quoted 0.00150 today (no credit application yet), after I pointed out that the initially quoted MF of 0.00220 may not be the best tier. Our credit score is excellent. Thanks.

.00110 is the correct MF for November; expires tomorrow.

Dealer can mark up the MF. Politely tell them you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF.

MF for the IS 350 is .00060 is this correct? For the IS 200t is .00110

Lexus MF numbers are regional - and, we only have one region, this month, that shows .00110 for the 350.

Could be .00060 in your part of the country.

It's likely the $3500 is part of the discount from MSRP. I would negotiate your best price, then deduct the incentive.

Using your numbers, I get $452/mo before tax. Your quote looks pretty good, if it includes tax.
