200/300: .00110 MF and 67%/62% residual for 24/36 mo, 12K/yr. $2000 lease cash
350: .00105 MF and 66%/61% residual for 24/36, 12K/yr. $2500 lease cash

Add 1% for 10K/yr.

Lexus does have an MSD program, but I'm not familiar with the particulars.

Good question about the region. I think they are Central - south is FL, GA, MS, AL, SC and NC

IS200t - 62%
IS350 - 61%

I see $2000 lease cash for the Central Region, and $1900 for the Western Region. We don't have any specific information for the Northeast, however.

yes, the numbers can change each month. The lease cash is probably meant to offset the change in the residual.

I am working with an Indiana dealer and received this quote for 12k over 36 months with no cash down:

This car was a company car and is tagged at $44,900 on the lot. The MF seems inflated based on the numbers in this thread and considering the GX460 lease I did a year ago, this is common practice at this store. I also would qualify for another $1,000 in Lexus cash under their recent graduate program. I think this looks to be a pretty fair deal, but would like your opinion.

If I'm a Kansas resident but do business at a Lexus dealer in Texas does it quality me for the southern region or do I abide by the midwest region offers?

Lease cash will be good, no matter what. Can military cash be used on a lease? Not sure, but you would think it would. (so, I don't know.. lol).

I'm not sure about your resident question. But, if Texas is Southern, and Kansas is Central, the lease cash is actually a little less in Texas. So, if they are offering a better deal, it's just that individual dealer, and I would guess you could take advantage of it (more guessing).

Can someone confirm I did not just get screwed on my lease? What are the details on the $349/mo IS 300 lease?

I am at $450 for an IS 300 F Sport, with $3000 down, in the midwest.

Any help would be appreciated as it's my first attempt at a lease!

It's $2799 due at signing for a 36/10 lease, on a unit with an MSRP of $43,285. It doesn't include taxes, or dealer/DMV fees.

I just question this if I put down more than the $2799 with my $3000 for a 39mo lease.

There is also a $4,464.72 "Rent Charge" that goes into the calculation of the $450/mo - is that standard?

Are there general Residual and MF rates, that we should check in on, or do we just post to ask if our lease offers are any good? Do you recommend we contact the dealerships to ask for this information once a month? Is there a set day that the rates change?

You ask us for the information ... we're happy to help.

The current lease numbers for Lexus expire today. New numbers should be available to us later this week.

Dealerships are reluctant to share this information, but you can certainly ask.

The rates tend to change monthly, but it depends on weekends and (like this month) holidays.

.00110 MF and 61% residual for 39/10. $2000 lease cash.

Looks like the difference between your gross and adjusted cap is the $3000 down + $2000 lease cash.

With those numbers I get $421/mo.
I get a total rent charge of $2995, though. That's the finance portion of the monthly lease payment multiplied by the number of months.
If your rent charges is $4464, then that is a red flag. They may be marking up the money factor for extra profit.

Hi @kyfdx - I'm aware that July incentives might not yet be out - but when they ARE, could you kindly post the MF/Resids/Incentives for a 2016 IS350 F Sport AWD for 15k/36months in NJ? Are there any lower lease terms I might want to consider with Lexus like perhaps 30 months? I know some brands offer strange deals in those middle areas. I appreciate your help and will be asking an identical question regarding an RX 350 on that forum as well.

I believe my MF was .0016 and residual was 68%.  Why is that rent charge what it is and what can I do about - I have taken delivery already...
