Doesnt sound like a good deal at all.
Each MSD should reduce your MF by 0.00008, so the MF with all 9 MSDs should be 0.00038 (or 0.912 APR which is a darn low interest rate).
You also didnt negotiate the price down low enough. They can probably come down another $2k off that selling price (if not a bit more).
And this is a 7500 miles per year lease...
You are leaving a lot of money on the table my friend.... I think your payments should be well under $400/month

Can you please give me the Residual and money factor for a IS 200t F Sport 36/12. Also, how do you calculate the Security deposits into the formula? If what they do is lower your MF, then how much does each MSD lower it by? Example, the MF is 0.00110 (2.64%), monthly is $380 and I put down 3 MSDs. Thank you again for all your help.

36/12 numbers for the IS200t F-Sport are .00110 and 60%

I'm not positive about Lexus MSD program, but I think it's .00008 per deposit, so 3 MSDs would reduce it by .00024 to .00086.

Selling price is the price you negotiate.

Adjusted cap cost is the selling price + taxes and fees you are not paying up front - and cap reduction (down payment) you are making

If you are only having to pay $250 plus the first payment, then some of the taxes and fees are being added in. You want the dealer to give you the adjusted cap cost number.

In general, you are responsible for the maintenance of the car during the lease - some brands, like BMW, have programs that cover the maintenance for you.

200/300 residual for 36/12 is 60%. 24/12 is 65%.

Yes, MSD due at signing. But correct me if I'm wrong, the MSD you'd get back in full at the end of the lease. So I don't really consider that as "payment" so to speak as much as it is a deposit I'll get back.

Generally, it's somewhere in between - say, $35-50 per month, depending on the prices and the delta in the MF before and after MSD.

We don't have every region's numbers. The one we do have shows $3000, but it's entirely possible that it is lower in other regions.

My guess (and it's only a guess) is that the $2500 is for purchase, and the $2600 for leases. Not stackable.

What lease term and how many miles?

MSD is multiple security deposit. Each MSD is the monthly payment rounded up to the next $25; in return, the MF is lowered by .00008. Max 9 MSD allowed. You get the money back at the end of the lease.

Thank you! Holy cow. Based on my calculations of a 49K MSRP and $45k sell price, we're looking at almost $550 bucks a month with MF maxed out.. Hefty!

If anyone could assist me I would appreciate it. Lexus IS 200 2016 f sport. Lease for 10k miles a year for 36 month. MF is 0.00110, Residual is 61% MSRP is $45,073, Selling price is $37,449.30 after $3k rebate from lexus and discount from local lexus dealership.

$1000 down and $375 a month is what they are offering out the door. Car comes with Navi. Is this a good deal? ANy advice would be appreciated. I don thave a clue

I'm guessing the term is 48 months. That's the only way I came to that payment. So is the residual for 48 months at 15k 49% or 58%?

36months i already stated $0 drive off absolutely nothing out of my pocket
With MAX MSDs i could have gotten the pmt down to $318 tax included
