What is the tax rate in Missouri?

You pay personal property tax on a lease, as well (at least, I do here in Colorado).

I presumed based on our conversations the 3500 was used to lower cap cost, but they confirmed the $496 was inclusive of all taxes and fees. I can try and get a better breakdown, though. They said the MF was non-negotiable, are they blowing smoke? Outside the $795 you mentioned, i want to make sure i'm not getting washed here and can negotiate some things down to a more reasonable level.

I would get the breakdown of the $3500, and find out the adjusted capitalized cost.

MF we quote is for top tier credit; politely but firmly tell them you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF. They know what the base rate is.

Also, one of the dealership offered me a lease deal and told me current residual was 63% 0.00090MF is this correct?

MSRP 45,039

She said she gave me 2700 off the vehicle including lease cash.
Gave me a payment of $564 monthly.

Not sure what the other fees&taxes were because it was just an overthephone conversation.
I'm in VA. tax rate 4.10%

Do I have any chance to get in the lower $400?

If the term is 36/10, then the residual is correct. The regions I have show .00110 MF, but it's entirely possible that it's .00090 where you are.

Assuming tax and acquisition fee, along with title/license/doc fees is about the same amount as your discount (and, that's probably pretty close), resulting in a CAP cost that is also $45,039, the payment would be $532/mo.

There is $1300 lease cash from Lexus this month, so a $2700 discount isn't very strong. (plus, they are $32/mo. higher than my estimate).

So, you can probably do better, but you aren't going to be in the lower $400s, or anywhere close.

36/12 payment, with tax, is $418.38; for 15K, it's $443.30. pretty close to your quotes.

If your $469/mo quote includes tax, then it looks pretty good.

Add 2% / 3% or 4% for 12K, 10K or 7.5K

Subtract 1% for IS350

No idea if your selling price is achievable.

1) This calculation is wrong.. try it again.

Which of course, makes 2-5 wrong, as well.

The actual number is $305.45

Don't forget the $700 acquisition fee, plus tax, title, license and dealer fees.

Dealership is repairing damage to previous Lexus's passenger side rims and front bumper.
$275 paid at signing.
$349 total per month (including taxes).
First monthly payment for free.

I know it was posted but i did not understand. Im looking at the is200t base for 24 months i want to try and get the $200 a month deal and negotiate the sales price enough down to almost sign and drive. 

What are the numbers on the 7.5k miles and 24 mo lease for the base is200t? Lease cash will also help

Negotiated Price: 44,361
Residual: 29,699.86
MV Fees: 305
Doc Fee: 499
Lease initiation: 700
Tax: 1120
Lease Cash: -1300
Down Payment: -1500

Comes to $485. The invoice price is $45,004. So if I calculated everything correctly then the sales price would be around $643 below invoice, plus they would be picking up two payments on my car which is a non-Lexus.

Seems like that is pretty fair? Not sure how much below invoice you could go with a Lexus.

Thoughts?
