Looking for some assistance with a potential lease. Its the first time I've looked at a lease, so I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong or if the dealer is messing with the numbers.
2016 Camry SE 24 mo, 12k/year (I think MF is 0.00060, 71% residual) MSRP $24,675 Sales Price: $18,694 Aquistion fee is $650: Sales tax 6% He is telling me the net cap cost is $22917.78
I am using the lease calculator found on leasehackr, and if I work in the cap cost he is telling me, the payments are around $260/month...What am I doing wrong? Is $18694 not the sales price?
I am trying to replicate the current deal that some people are getting regionally, which is a lease for under $150/month. I do not qualify for the $750 recent grad discount...
Assumung I fall into the top tier credit the MF is 0.00060 No MSD 71% residual
There are conflicting reports if MSD can be applied to this deal. If it is, there is a potential for the MF to go down to 0.00004 (with 7 MSD's).
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Am I doing something wrong?

I get $264/mo with 6% tax and those numbers.
Can't help you with why others are getting such low lease payments ... perhaps more money up front?
And, find out what's been added to go from the $18,694 sales price to the $22,918 net cap cost.
So I hammered down some things with a local dealer. This is what I got:
2 year, 12k miles per year Sale price: $20784 (before incentive) Upfront: $3025.74 (In MD Tax is levied on the sales price upfront) Monthly payment: $116.70 MSD: $1050 My total out of pocket costs over two years would be right around $4600-$4700.
If I went with this local deal compared to state that doesnt do taxes like MD, I would end up paying around $1000 more. Even though my total out of pocket costs would be about $1000 higher, I wouldn't have to deal with going to pick up and drop off the car. Trying to figure out what's best at this point...

Since tax is the same amount, why not go with 36 months and amortize the tax over more payments?

I didn't think of that, thank you. However, I am mainly interested in this deal due to the 2 year lease at (what seems to be) aggressive rates. I don't want to lock myself into 3 years....
MSRP $24900 Sale Price $21100 (before rebate) Less $1000 lease cash and 750 grad rebate = $19350 24 months, 15k/yr = $17181 residual (69%) All fees and driveoffs rolled in incl first payment, 8% tax MF .0006, no MSDs (Payment would drop between $3-4 with each MSD) $179.78/mo. Payment goes down about $7 if I pay first payment at signing
I might have been able to shave a bit more off with a wider search, but I had 2 dealers within 35 miles willing to compete on this deal. Not worth it to me to drive a long way or negotiate for a week to save $100 more.

That is a great deal -- hope it's available next fall when my lease is up. Anything under $200/mo would be very attractive.
Hello, I am in Southern California and would like to know residuals, MF, and any available lease incentives for 2016 Toyota Camry XLE and the 2016 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid at 36mo/12k and 36mo/15k.
Also, does having navigation and the technology package effect the residual like it does for Honda?

Can you provide the residual, mf, and lease cash for 2016 Camry SE for 24/12 and 36/12 in AZ? Thanks!
.00060 MF and 71%/63% residual. $1000 lease cash
Numbers are valid through today
I made offers to a couple of dealers in the Phoenix area today and they all said that the residual on a 24/12 was 69%, mf was .00073, and they wouldn't tell me the lease cash.
The guys over at LeaseHackr said the residual was 71%, mf was .00073, and lease cash was $1,250.
Either way, I'm going in to sign on a lease tonight. Once I get the actual numbers, I'll report back.
Hi! Looks like all the holiday lease incentives expired yesterday. Can anyone provide the residual, MF, and any lease incentives for the 2016 Camry SE for 36/12 and 24/12 V4 in North Carolina (and South Carolina -- which is probably the same)? Thanks so much?

69% residual. I don't have any regional information near Arizona, but the ones I do have are mostly .00060 MF, so something close to that. $1000 lease cash
Hi. Once again I am still looking for a good lease deal this new year on a 2016 Camry. I am in Texas Zip Code 76006 and am looking to lease either a 2016 Camry LE or Camry SE for 36 months. Can you please provide the Money Factor and Residual Values for 12K miles/year for each trim level? Also, does my Toyota Gulf States region have any cash incentives/rebates/dealer cash for leases out for Camrys this month (January 2016)? Thanks in advance for all the great info.

Hello, Could you provide me with the residual and MF for 2016 camry SE, 24/10k and 36/10k Long Island, NY.
.00048 and $1000 lease cash.

I am new to leasing cars. Prior to receiving this information I negotiated the car price down from an MSRP of $24,900 to 21,800. At the time I was unaware of the $1000 lease cash, just the $1250 Toyota Camry Factory Cash Back.. Can this lease cash be combined, and is it possible they considered this lease cash when negotiating the price of the car.
MSRP: $24,900 (62% of $24,675 as there is a $225 dealer fee on all their cars) Negotiated Price: 21,800 Lease Acquisition fee: 650 NYS Tax: 8.625% MF-.00048 Term: 36/10k
With everything rolled in, except dmv fees, I get about $234/m. Is this a good deal, or should I be able to get the additional $100 lease cash which should bring it closer to $210/m.

I would guess that the $1000 lease cash is part of your $1250 cash back. Not likely to be two separate incentives.

For each one, the MF is reduced by a certain amount (varies by manufacturer). The beauty is you get your MSD monies back at the end of the lease.
