Monthly:  $215 tax in ($201 + $14 tax)

Shopping for a lease Long Island NY for a 4cyl Camry XLE. Looking for 36/10 and 36/12. Are there currently any lease incentives? Honestly I'd lease any one of several midsize sedans that have the best lease numbers.
Any advice?

Do you have any information on a 1-Pay lease through TMCC? What would the terms be for a 36Mos/12K prepaid lease for a 2016 Camry LE? I'm in NJ and clueless how a prepaid lease works.

In general, a pre-paid lease gets you a discount on the MF. However, the MF on the Camry is already .00001, so there is no room for discounting.

One pay simply calculates the monthly payment and multiplies it by the number of payments.

I get $249/mo when I add 6.25% tax to the entire selling price. Are you paying the other fees up front or adding them to the net capitalized cost?

I doubt leasing a Toyota will help with your Lexus disposition fee, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

The $1500 may be a purchase only incentive, but I would guess the $500 holiday cash would be applicable to a lease.

Without knowing the MSRP and adjusted cap cost, it's hard to say.
