I would like to do 36/10k or 12k, however I've read on here that TFS doesn't do 10k. According to local dealership here they do 10k but unconfirmed.

Also interested in any incentives, lease cash, etc.

We don't have the specific numbers for Hawaii, but there is $500 lease cash in other parts of the country.
