What is the net or adjusted Cap cost, after the rebates and money down? What about the selling price? You aren't paying MSRP, are you?

 And it cannot be upfront tax either, because Washington taxes the monthly payment

I don't have any info on loyalty, but consumer incentives on leases are usually applied as a CAP cost reduction.

My local dealer currently offering me 2016 Toyota Camry XLE with MSRP 27292 and residual is 15556. 15k/yr and 24month. He quoted me $346.46 a month after taxes. Is it a good deal?

What's the MF and Residual for 15k/yr and 24month 2016 Camry XLE?

Not necessarily. Often, there are different incentives for purchasing versus leasing.

You should negotiate the best selling price, for purchase or lease, before applying any incentives.
