Unfortunately i dont know the net cap cost. The $545 is including tax. Its in massachusetts and 6.25% tax rate. The $3000 was a $2500 trade in on my 05 g35x w/173k plus first month payment.

As I stated, without knowing the net cap cost (selling price + taxes, fees - down payment), it's hard for us to tell you if your deal is good or not.

The monthly payment they offered is 512.96 including tax.

I dont have to put down anything. It's sign and drive...with 0 first month payment.

I get $473/mo.+tax, which is a little less. Need to know the adjusted CAP cost. It probably includes an acquisition fee that makes up the difference.

Yep, that would close the gap ... pre-tax amount goes up about $29/mo with those fees.

If $3500 of the $5K is applied as CAP cost reduction, then the payment is $377/mo.

So, maybe some other undisclosed charges, or the MF is marked up.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost.

MSD amount is the payment rounded up to the next highest $50, or $4950.

The payment math is correct.

Just double checking, are the NX 200t numbers for 36/7.5 and 36/10 are .00135 and 63%/62% with complimentary 1st month payment?

Also, do you know what the doc fee is for MA? I was quoted $495.

The doc fee can be whatever they want to charge. Looks like they want to charge a lot!

Quick lease question? What are your thoughts in general on an upfront "one payment" lease? Sounds like you can save a fair amount of money ($1000-$1500) going this route vs making say 36 monthly payments. Thanks for your response.

If you have the cash, it can save you money, as the MF is often discounted for a one-pay lease.

Follow-up question on the "one pay" lease. If the car is stolen or totaled early in the lease do I lose most of that upfront money similar to if I were to put a large down payment on a standard 36 month lease say?

Nope..

Single-pay lease that ends early is treated as though the lease were 36 equal payments. Pro-rated portion is returned to you.

Michael, looking to lease a 2016 NX and the dealer is telling me the MF buy rate is .00160 on that vehicle and that the .00130 applies to the hybrid only. Is this accurate? Thanks!

Depends on your region. The national base MF is .00155

Southern region is .00130, Central region is .00120

Looking to get a NX 200T in NJ area with Navigation package 36 month / 12 k a year with no money down. Any feedback on prices would be appreciated. .. priced the RX and they are way too much got quoted $715 with $3500 down payment in addition to fees, not worth that cost and not much that difference in the NX to warrant that kind of price increase. Also anyone getting maintenance included in the lease ? Thanks MRSP on the "build your NX" came out to just a little over $43k because apparently the full black interior requires the luxury package?

Im in NY, I have an email back asking what mf and residual were used. I plan on adding in max amount of msd's to lower that payment. Thanks
