With your prices, I get $441/mo before tax. That $15/mo difference works out to about $540 more in the cap cost.

2016 AWD sport nx200 Residual/MF 36/12 and 36/10 for Oregon? On 36/12 dealer in portland sent me 59% and an MF of .00145 (seems high) and total cap reduction of 5% off MSRP($46,965 to $44,499) which seems lame. Shouldn't I shoot for around 10% reduction especially on last years model?

59% is the correct residual.

I'm seeing MF in the range of .00090 to .00110 - dealer can mark it up for extra profit.

Don't know the kind of discounting you can get on a previous year NX, but 5% does seem pretty small.

What is inventory like in your neck of the woods? In general, once inventory shrinks to a particular level, the advantage swings back to the dealer.

MSRP was $38,974 and I've got the sale price down to $33,374 no tax included and for some reason my numbers aren't adding up. Can you please provide me the MF and RV for.
