Looks like Lease costs are about the same as June when factoring in 1st month payment waived ('complimentary'), as while the mf and lease cash stayed the same, the residual dropped.

67%/64%/60% residual. I show .00085 MF for the Central region, but .00100 could certainly be correct for your area. Add 1% to residual to go from 12K/yr to 10K/yr.

I got quote of $396/mo for 39mo (tax of 8.875% is part of payment; $1100 out of pocket) for base AWD ($40,129 MSRP).
Should I continue to look around for better price?

Helping my GF get a new NX 200t AWD in Boston area. Her current Lexus lease is up and has about $1250 in over mileage fees to worry about. Was given this quote which includes them eating her mileage.
2016 NX 200t AWD MSRP $39,993, Adjust Cap Cost of $35,993

Payment is $440.54 a month with tax. Fees are $700 acq fee, $495 Doc fee, registraton, title and license fees total $170.
Looks like they are rolling the first payment and all fees listed above into an upfront total of $1,880, which is due at signing.
Rent charge is $1600.00 which seems high as I believe the rate is 1.9%
Fees, rent charge, and cap cost all seem very high to me.
I'm aware of the $500 rebate and waiver of first payment.
Was thinking on the upfront fees, payment should not be in there. Also, the doc fee is way too high. Is the acq fee right?

Was thinking on the upfront fees, payment should not be in there. Also, the doc fee is way too high. Is the acq fee right?

I get $424/mo.+tax, so looks like they are a little lower than that.
Appears their MF is a little lower than what I show. The rent charge looks to be about right.
The only thing I see that is out of line is the $495 doc fee. But, you have an aggressive price, considering the over-mileage on the current lease. Acquisition fee is correct.

36 month lease would be about $25/mo. less, and your upfront money would be amortized over more months, making for a true cost of about $40/mo. less.

Ask for a detailed accounting of the figures - they might be rolling the mileage charges into the lease. Are they using the old car as a trade in?

Question, i have worked out the following deal in ny

2016 Lexus nx200t awd
Basic with no packages, but options:
Heated seats, power lift gate, sun/moon roof, cargo net,etc

Msrp approx 40,100 with all these options (which included the 975 delivery charge)

Due at signing 175 dollars
420 a month (35 payments. First month payment complementary)

While i dont have all the details (appointment next week) does that sound like a good deal?
