Diesel has better lease numbers than the gas engine.

Yes, 33 months is the sweet spot, this month.

SE Tdi 33/15 - 62% and .00100
HSE Tdi 33/15 - 59% and .00024

Not aware of any residual help for pre-paid service.

I see no reason why you couldn't lease a demo; should be able to get a lower selling price, but the residual will be adjusted downwards for the miles, to compensate.

My dealership is giving me $3K off of MSRP on the RRS SE Diesel, but swear that their books show a 60%/.0011 MF/Residual combo on a 39/10 lease. Your numbers earlier were 62%/.0011. Makes about a $1200 difference - any ideas on what the differences might be?

The lease program is nationwide.

I agree.. 39 months is the sweet spot.

No clue on discount. You can "build" your vehicle using the Make/Model/Year tabs at the top of the page, and get the Edmunds TMV price.

$80 doc fee
Registration fee (about 1% of MSRP)
CA taxes the monthly payment, so no upfront tax, except on taxable amounts paid upfront.

There are no 2015 RR lease numbers available. My guess is you'd have to get a phenomenal discount to make it worth your while.

One Time Lease Pay $36,000 at 39 months. That would mean Im paying $923.08 per month if you break it down (does that include taxes/fees?) . Shouldn't I get a better deal for one time pay? Am I still paying interest? Is the interest on the residual? Could you break that down? Overall What's the break down of the money factor and residual? I need a large business tax write off for this year. Would it make more sense to purchase the car? What are the pros/cons with lease on this car vs. purchase (accounting my tax need situation but still making the best choice and not getting stiffed)?
Also, I currently have a 2013 bmw 328i convertible white exterior/red interior with M package at 24995 miles. Lease is due now. Should I buy it and negotiate it into deal, what is pro/con with this factor too? Thanks!!!

Yes, you still pay rent charge (interest) on a one-pay lease.

The rent charge is calculated monthly on the sum of the capitalized cost plus the residual value, multiplied by the MF.

I'm not an accountant, so can't help you on the tax advantages of purchase vs lease.

If you have equity in your BMW, it makes sense to buy it out and use the equity on trade in to cover some of the up front costs on the new lease.

39/15 on the HSE V6 is 54% and .00066.

Here is a screen shot of my spreadsheet, with your prices and my lease numbers plugged in, assuming the tax rate is 9%.

They quoted me 39/10K 57%, .00170 (i figured the MF out by working backwards from the numbers they gave me for the monthly payment with no money down and no money off the MSRP) i left the dealership because it didn't seem like the right MF.
Why would the MF be so different from the recent numbers you have here?

Dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit. Politely tell them you won't sign a deal if they do that.

Does Land Rover offer Multiple Security deposit or a one pay lease that would be cheaper? with one pay lease, if the car is stolen or totaled do we loose that money or is it prorated?
