    Hello. I am looking at the RRS V8 Dynamic - MSRP $89,861, they're giving me $3k off the price. They quoted me:

    With 5k due at signing, payment on the V8 would be $1178

    Residual 54% or $48524.94

    Money factor .00115

    Adjusted cap cost with no additional money down $ 95,269.70.

    Taxes title and fees (in VA)

    Acquisition fee $795

    Processing Fee $599

    Dmv online fee $10

    Tag fee $45.75

    State taxes $3662.58

    County tax $166.17

    Does this look right?

    I can't back into their numbers.

    Also, if I wanted to do no money down, what would the appropriate payment be?

    53% and .00078 for 39/12. 54% is the 39/10 residual.

    MF is marked up.

    Using your numbers, I get $1364/mo. With the base MF and the correct residual, that drops to $1333. That assumes $0 out of pocket.

    Every $1000 up front will subtract about $26/mo from the payment.

    Lease taxes in VA are a bit onerous on a car that expensive.

    What kind of deal are you getting?  I'm in NJ at at 4500 off MSRP of 90k.

    6-8k off v8 dynamic. 6k off HSE. but i did see they had a really nice 2017 i like, but i dont think the numbers on a lease is good for that one..

    Yea, wasn't getting anywhere near 6-8k off. 2017s will go out at msrp for a few months. Not sure if there will be enough support in the MF to make the lease as attractive as a 16.

    There was a 2017 and the dealer was going to give me $500 off, but the payments were too high. It was a hse dynamic.. really sexy! But I actually ending getting a deal for a v8 dynamic 2016 91.8k I'm getting 8k off. I'll find out Monday if everything works out. Suppose to get buyrate MF 33/12k lease. Will let you know how it turns out..

    so i just drove it home..i ended up with another dealer b/c they gave me more on my trade. i ended up with a 93,181. got 8k off and base mf of .0006 for 33/12k miles. love the car so far, but need to learn so much. it was getting late so havent really gotten to play with it too much..

    Can someone provide MF and residual for a 2016 RRS SE and HSE at 36m/12k and 36/15k?

    I'm in CT if that makes a difference. For the SE I got an MF of 0.0016 and residual of 59% for the 36/12k.

    @kyfdx thanks! so looks like I'm getting a markup on the MF. It's a 2016 model so i figured they'd want to price this thing more aggressively to move the inventory. They've given an additional $4300 dealer discount. Are you seeing similar discounts to push down the net capitalized cost? I saw previous posts saying 6K off.

    Ended up leasing a '16 TD6 RR Sport - 39 months, 10k a year w/ 81.7k MSRP. Final payment was 765 post tax w/ $0 down and only 1st payment at signing.

    Marked the MF up from .00045 to 0007 but I was fine with letting them make some $. Thanks again!

    Dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit. Politely tell them you won't sign a deal if they do that.
    thank you for the info. we ended up getting the car for the .00066 and invoice on the last day of the year. however they just made us bring it back today as it was a handful of RRS that have a recall. the sale was voided because they have no other like 2016 to replace it. they agreed to order 2017 with all the same options plus 2K off invoice price, so in about 3 months i will need MF and residual.
