That's not an offer but an ad. You can probably negotiate a better selling price.

And, the $3495 down really adds about $100/mo to the payment.

36 months is the best term

Check with a dealer on money factor. We've heard anecdotal reports of money factors offered at .00100 below the numbers we have.

Unfortunately, we have a 2013 caddy SRX to trade in.  It is in excellent condition inside.  The outside needs tires and has a small chip in the window.  This is a lease and as for value, we owe what kbb says it's worth.  Is it feasible to trade it in so we can make a deal for an Evoque?  I don't want it to hurt the deal.  I just need to get rid of it.

Have you checked with CarMax? They will make you a cash offer for the SRX.

Also, check the "Real World Trade in Values" discussion here at Edmunds; we have some experts who can help place a value on it as well.

Which state is this? Trying to figure out why your tax is so high.. that's not 4% of anything listed.

I do show 57% residual for RRS SC Dynamic for 36mo, 12K/yr.

We show a MF of .00305, but other members have been reporting MF quotes of .00100 less, so that would agree with your .00205.

The base payment is correct. Not getting the tax calculation, though.

Only a 2.2% discount is going to make for a high lease payment.

Not to our knowledge, but maybe the end of the model year, if there is a lot of inventory to clear out.

You guys where on point with this one.
Residual is 65% and money factor .00170. That's with Chase Bank.
US Bank has 64% residual and .00115 money factor if anyone is interested.

Just spoke to the dealer here in Phoenix, offered the .00305. Any ideas how we get them to offer the 0.001 rates??
