Thank you. How can I be certain that they're putting all or some of the lease cash into the deal? Is it enough to just ask and hope that they're telling the truth when they say that they're including it in the deal, or is there a better way to know for sure?

You have to negotiate the selling price of the vehicle on a lease, just like you would a car. When you negotiate that price, adjust your offers down by $1750 to account for the lease cash.

If you are asking them to quote a payment, and hoping to get bottom dollar, that probably won't happen.

Any idea how today's offers on the RDX compare to those of late April/early May of this year?

Looking at the base model in NJ, 7500 miles per year. We have another Acura lease so would also get any loyalty incentives but we have a 2014 Cherokee with 5 lease payments left that the RDX would be replacing and the payoff is significantly more than the value on the current lease. We owe $1750 total on it. Trying to see if year end deals are worth getting out early before I start shopping with dealers...
