54% (36/12) or 45% (48/12) and .00110. $2500 lease cash and complimentary first payment.
Add 1% for 10K.
You'll have to show up to sign the papers, and then you'll have to deal with the sales tax issues, but most of the negotiations can be done remotely.
When will we see 70%-75% residual on this car for a 24 month lease?
Just my opinion but I think Lexus has adjusted their 24 month residuals down to a more realistic level - around 65-66% or so. In today's market, 71-73% was just too arbitrarily high.

It's hard to predict the future. If GS sales tank, it's entirely possible the marketing folks will convince the bean counters than a pumped up residual will move more inventory.
BMW does this all the time .. at the moment, the 36/15 residual on the 5-series is 64%, which is insanely high. But, BMW is trying to clear out the 2016 inventory as the 2017's are right around the corner.
I got a 2015 GS 350 F Sport in 2014 of December which had around 70-71% residual I got a nice payment. Now for this 2016 dealer wants almost half of what im paying now on a same msrp car. I keep on checking inventory near my area dealers are barely moving any 2016 GS. I only saw 2-3 on the street and Ive been seeing a few GS 200t recently.

I'm sorry - I am not understanding what you are trying to say. What do you mean by "wants almost half of what im paying now"?

I'm guessing the OP meant half again as much - a payment 50% higher than what the current payment is.

Thanks Michael - if that's what it is, I understand completely. I had a couple of the 73% 24 month Lexus leases and it was great - the new lower residuals dramatically increase the payment unless you can negotiate a much better selling price to compensate for the difference.

Yes thats what I mean, they want 50% higher than what Im currently paying. For example, Im paying $450 they want mid 600s for a 2016 model.
So here are the numbers I am being quoted. I texted the guy back to figure out what MF and residual they are using, because I'm not calculating the same numbers. What do you guys think? Keep in mind KY taxes are made on each payment, at 6%. I also asked them to confirm that the payment numbers they are showing also include taxes. If not, their numbers are WAY off.
Pay no attention to the vehicle they have listed at the top. That is my current vehicle, not the one I am being quoted on.

Using your MSRP and net price, I get $673/mo with 6% tax added in for 36/10, and $648/mo for 48/10.
Dealer may be marking up the MF on you for more profit.
So I called them. They were looking at the wrong model residual values. Once I told him the numbers you all gave me, he verified them. Something about the VIN number not being flagged as an F-Sport... Thank you all for being here!!
This is the Lexus Store of Lexington.
I did not have the $700 acquisition fee and then the 674 1st month's payment is rolled into the deal. That makes no sense to me, but he says they do it that way to lower the payment. When I added those two numbers into my calculation, I got 674 (48/10).

Lexus is paying the 1st payment. They add your first payment in, then show it as a rebate. I'm sure the $700 acquisition fee is rolled in, as well.
How come they are getting a monthly payment $10 higher? They told me the base payment is $519 (before 8% tax) and $560 with 8% tax.
Maybe it's tax on the rebate? Ask them for the adjusted CAP cost.
Here are the numbers I got back from them. Do they look good?
MSRP $52,750 Selling Price $46,950 Doc fee $80 License/title fee $433 Tire/batt fee $8.75 other fee $18 Acquisition Fee $700 Tax on collected items $296.01 Total Cap $48,485.76 cap reduction -$639.15 rebate total $3,061 NET CAP $44,785.61

Base Payment $519.31 Tax $41.54 8% 36 Month Payments $560.85
Rate .00110 Annual miles 10,000 residual $29,012.50
Where is the $639.15 cap reduction amount coming from? Also the $296.01 tax being collected is from the rebate total of $3061 and this $639.15 which equals to $3700. Is that correct?

Acquisition fee, rebate and cap reduction are all taxable.
What is the MF/Residual for a 2016 Lexus GS F in South Florida. 36/10 and 48/10.
Also, I have $8000 incentive from Lexus. Currently have an Audi. Any other incentives/rebates to reduce cap cost? I am trying to eat as much of my $4k negative as possible.

Looking at GS 350 F Sport. Here are the preliminary details I've been given from dealer here in NJ for a 36 month lease with 15K per year:
MSRP: $59,750 Cap Cost: $52,480 Residual: 52% Money Factor: .00110
With $0 out of pocket, given lease price of $725. Couple of questions:
1. Are money factor and residual accurate? 2. Is there any Lexus rebate/incentives currently? I'm a current Lexus lessee 3. Does monthly lease price make sense with info provided?

If it's the AWD model, I show a 53% residual for 36/12. .00110 MF is correct. Lexus provides $3750 lease cash on this model (which I'm sure is reflected in that quote)
Using their residual, $687/mo. So, $52,480 may be the selling price, but the adjusted CAP cost must be higher (taxes, acq.fee, etc)

I'm looking for some advice on my first lease deal. I am looking at a 2016 Lexus GS 350 F Sport. I am looking at trading in my 2009 BMW 750li, with 82k miles. The dealer has offered me a 1 payment lease deal, I would need just add 3k into the deal to eliminate all payments for the 2 year lease. I asked for the 2 year lease as I get bored with my cars quickly and flip them very quickly. So with this lease I can get out as early as 18 months, if I wanted to. Here are the details of the offer: Market Value = 58,855.00 Accessories = 199 Dealer discount = -4385 Rebate = -4000 Net Price = 50,699.00 Trade In = 17,000.00 Trade Difference = 33,699.00 Taxes/Fess = 2391.77 Total = 36,090.77 24 Month one-time payment = 3823.46 Residual Value = 35,919.85
I dont have the money factor yet, I have asked for it. If someone can please review this and advise me if this is a good deal or not? I am located in Phoenix AZ.
