Do these #'s make any sense for 2016 GS F Sport? I thought the residual was 54%, but that's not what is stated. Also, even is using the residual and MF they provided, I get $676.69 + tax
This is what a dealer sent me:
Msrp. of 59,434.00, and your price of 52,875.00
Term: 36 months Mile/Year Limit: 12,000 Customer Cash: Zero Monthly Payment: $ 624.61+ tax ($ 671.46 including tax)
Residual of 51% or 30,311.34 Money Factor of 0.00060

I see no version of the GS where the 36/12 residual is 51%. RWD GS350 36/15 is 51%. Dealer cannot modify the residual so confirm the trim level they are using.
Working on leasing a 2016 GS 350 F-Sport. Current offer in NJ is $4,200 lease cash. Price of vehicle is $58,570. With $5K down on a 36 month lease with 10K miles per year. Dealer is quoting a price of $530 a month which includes first month.
Please let me know if this is a good price. Thanks

Is $58,570 the MSRP or the cap cost? We'd need both to run the payment.
And, we don't recommend making a down payment on a lease - that money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.
Do these #'s look correct for a 2016 GS 350 F Sport 36/12 lease? I am in Los Angeles with 9% tax rate. Based on this they gave me a monthly payment quote of $503 with $1500 down. Due at Signing: $2,566.89
Doesn't it seem like they are jacking up the MF?
Also, what is the tax figure of $542.70 that I see in there?

The cap reduction and the rebate are both taxed. That's where the upfront tax comes in. The one amount they don't show is $700 for the acquisition fee. The non-taxable fees and doc fee are paid upfront along with the first payment ($1166.89?). $46977 +$700 +$542.70 -$1500 = $46,719.70 (adjusted CAP cost) .00110 MF and 55% residual $485/mo.+tax. = $528/mo. Since you are $25/mo. under that, I'll assume that your adjusted price includes the acquisition fee, which would just about balance it out. Doesn't look like any markups from here.

I noticed you used 55% residual. Shouldnt it be 54% with a 36/12 lease?
Should there be a "Delivery Processing and Handling" fee of $950 as well as an "acquisition fee" of $700?
Looks like there is a $995 charge that is part of the MSRP of $58,885. Would this fee normally include the acquisition fee or is that always an additional cost that is added on to it? The dealer added a $700 fee in to the CAP cost bringing the net CAP cost to $46,719.70.

Also, they are definitely using .0006 as the MF.
$700 is the acquisition fee, imposed by Lexus Financial.
The $950 is junk - do you live in Florida? That is the home of the outrageous dealer fee.
The $995 is likely the 'destination' fee, if it is part of the factory sticker. Every Lexus is charged this amount, regardless of location.

So when figuring the cost of lease payments (without sales tax) the destination fee will be part of the MSRP and thus the negotiated price, the $700 will be a fair add on? Other than taxes/title/registration, that should be it, right?
Also, I see a lot of people when asking for residuals and mf mentioning the state they live in. Do they vary by state? I'm in Georgia and considering GS-350 F-Sport 2016 - 00110 mf 54% residual for 36/12k, right ?

Thanks. I am a first time leaser.
You are correct, but almost every dealer in GA or FL will tack on an onerous dealer fee. Find out what their fee is before you start negotiating price, and then account for it with a lower offer. The MSRP includes destination. If they are breaking it out in the sale price, that's just to distract you from the true cost. The acquisition fee goes to the bank, and is on every Lexus lease.
Lexus has four regions, but other than some slight differences in money factor and lease cash, the numbers are all the same. .00110 MF is correct for the Southern Region. 54% residual is nationwide. $4200 lease cash.
Also, If I have a trade in worth around $16-17k , it would bring the lease down incredibly low. Not sure if a dealer would do that. But would it be a mad move to trade in because I know it was mentioned towards top of page that huge down payments are bad - there might be a tax credit of about $1000 too if I trade.

.00190 MF and 54% residual for 36/12. $6500 lease cash
You should be able to trade your car in, and get the trade-in credit, and have the dealer cut you a check for it. No need to put it all down on the lease.

Do you know if there is still cash incentive on purchase? Oct was $4k, can't find 2016 GS on Lexus site
Also from 0.00110 to 0.00190 seems like a big jump from Oct to Nov. In my calculator it adds like $65/mo to lease

Wow look like Lexus doesn't want people to lease their cars, residual is low and mf is high, even with 6500 lease cash the payment still higher than last month and no 1st mo complimentary.

Not a lot of support left on the 2016's - I'm guessing there isn't enough inventory to warrant lease support.
Any change on the number toward the end of month? number looking bad, do you know any good deal now for bmw, mb or audi? Please help, hate taking the bus to work thank you!

$46977
+$700
+$542.70
-$1500
= $46,719.70 (adjusted CAP cost)
.00110 MF and 55% residual
$485/mo.+tax. = $528/mo.
Since you are $25/mo. under that, I'll assume that your adjusted price includes the acquisition fee, which would just about balance it out.
