Good evening. What should be the lowest sale price on the 2016 $52815 car? I want to lease it 36/10. The dealer is telling me low $500 range. What do you feel the lowest lease payment should be? This seems high for a 2016 car that back in December of 2014, I leased the 2015 GS350 with nothing down for $365 month plus tax for 27 months

The numbers on the 2016's are not all that good, now. You'd have a get a massive discount from sticker.

53-56% residual (depending on engine and trim) and .00190 MF. $6500 dealer cash.

We would need the negotiated selling price to run the payment.

Thanks. Not sure about a price because I'll be leasing. From what I can tell, people are getting around 11K off sticker with the 6500 dealer cash. Lets say the cap cost would be $41800 with nothing out of pocket. What would the payment and the numbers be for 36/10. Thanks,

Using the 56% residual, those prices give a payment of $475/mo plus tax.

That's assuming LFS will still lease that model.
