    I get the same number.. tax rate doesn't enter into the calculation, as tax is collected upfront and should be included in the Net CAP

    I thought it was sales tax collected up front against 36 payments, but # on sheet was too high...249x36 x .08 = $717
    Plus 8% of the $3000 rebate = $240.

    Hmm, now the tax is too high. But, that number on the quote looks to be in the ballpark.
