Not sure myself, i guess normally you pay 399/mo but i guess if you qualify for certain condition, they can give you a better deal than 399/mo.

I suppose it's possible the first quote is with an inflated MF and they haven't run your credit. With top tier credit, could be the lower amount.

It's an incentive to lower the sell price. Likely to be included in the price offered by the dealer.

The car is titled to the leasing company, not you. And, you wouldn't get the title unless and until you bought it out at the end of the lease.

60% would be for a Quattro Premium or Premium Plus for 36 months, 7500 miles per year, with AudiCare.

Confirm the mileage allowance and residual with the dealer.

What state and tax rate is this?

Using the numbers provided, I get $462/mo plus tax.

Any body have word on what's causing the sales halt of Season of Audi optioned vehicles (delayed at port and stop sale on some in inventory cars)? Also would a sales halt be a good point for achieving a higher discount since people are being told they'll have to wait 2 weeks or more for these cars?

Thats what i thought, but was thinking since its the end of the year people may be more compelled to get better deals from other brands and not have to wait a while for their cars to arrive, potentially leading to a build up of Season of Audi vehicles in inventory for the new year.

Did a deal on Season of Audi A4 with Convenience package and heated front seats, 12k/36 months 460/month with NYS tax.. 1,500 Total out of pocket (covers lease acquisition, doc, title, dmv fees & tax on incentive). Price seemed fair

There is a table, if you have access to the confidential Audi dealer documents.

FWD: .00011 MF and 54%/51% residual for Premium+/Prestige
AWD: .00043 MF and 56%/52% residual for Premium+/Prestige

If you want a decent lease payment, stay away from the Prestige package.

Neither of those look to be valid for the West Coast

1. How much of a discount can I expect off of the MSRP these days (I'm looking at $41k-$42k)? I see a wide range on this forum.
2. What would be the residual % for this type of car for a 3yr/12k-15k mile lease in the state of CA?

1) With no other incentives, 6% off MSRP is pretty good.
2) .00030 MF and 55%/53% for SOA package. Subtract 1% if Premium or Premium Plus
