It's kind of hard to follow, because the top portion looks like a purchase quote. Obviously, you aren't paying $2044 in tax on the lease.
The only egregious charge is the $595 doc fee, but you are in Florida, so that's not surprising. This would be easier to figure out, if they would just give you the adjusted CAP cost. It looks like it's $32,593 (sale price + $300 options), with everything else being paid upfront.
It's a very good deal. I would restructure it with the acq.fee and dealer fee rolled into the CAP cost. That would take the payment to $343/mo., but reduce your upfront to $740.
Thank you for such a quick reply. I always thought that you want to avoid paying interest on the Dealer fee and acq fee and that's why you pay it upfront, am I wrong? Just trying to learn. Also, is the MF and RV correct based on your numbers?

The MF is so low, the extra interest is negligible.

The total finance charges for the entire lease are only $5/mo., with those items rolled in. Those extra charges only add up to an extra $4.68 in finance charges over the entire 39 months.
That's a great point and it makes lots of sense to add it in. Question, how did they come up with $99.37 upfront taxes?? I thought you only paid taxes on any money down to reduce the cost of the car, but not on money down to pay for fees. Can't seem to figure that number out. I built my own excel sheet and everything matches pretty well. It's taken a lot of reading and to great sites and forums like this. Thank You!!!

Acquisition fees and dealer fees are taxable, just like CAP cost reductions.
I'm looking for Q50. but is it only can 39 month lease? can't 36 month? Could you give me the MF and RV for 2016 Red Sport RWD, 2016 2.0t Sport RWD, 2016 3.0t premium RWD? I will 10K miles.

You could do 36 months, but the price is quite a bit higher. Enough that the last 3 months on a 39 month lease are virtually "free" in comparison.
I don't see a 2016 2.0T Sport... just base or Premium.
All numbers are the same for 36/10 or 39/10
Base 2.0T: .00170 MF and 46% residual 3.0T Prem: .00009 MF and 50% residual Red Sport: .00016 MF and 56% residual

The sales person mentioned something that I could pre-purchase miles at $0.11/miles. I did some calculations and it looks like the difference between 10k/39 deals people post here and my 12k/39 deal is about $0.25/mile.
Is my math correct? And if yes, have you heard of people going for 10k/39 deal and buying additional miles? And of course am I missing anything on the deal?

We would need to know the adjusted cap cost to work the numbers.
And, I've always been under the impression that you could only buy extra miles when you start with 15K. There is a 1% difference in the residual between 39/12 and 39/10.

The dealer just got back to me. The adjusted cap cost is $38,000. And you are correct regarding the pre-purchasing miles. Only for 15k/39

On a side note, this is a very bad forum for me to be following

I tried to do the math and end up with $429 = $385 + $1716 in fees. Are Infiti fees that high? Or did I do something wrong

The base MF is .00005, not .00050. With the base MF, I get $359/mo.
Dealer may be marking up the MF for more profit. I get $387/mo with the marked up MF.
$700 acquisition fee, first payment, dealer fees, DMV costs, in addition to the taxes.
Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is, and how they got there from the $38,000

Sorry that was a typo on MF.It is indeed 0.00005.
So we are on the same page. My $385/mo was $359*1.07 (NJ sales/use tax). I'm making first payment upfront. So $1016 in dealer fees and DMV costs sounds a bit too high.

Thank you for confirming!
NJ calculates the tax against the sum of the payments and collects the money up front - I'm guessing this is being added into your cap cost.
Dealer fee could easily be $499 in NJ; don't know the DMV costs there.

What's the MF and Residual on a 2017 Q50 Red Sport AWD 39 months @ 12k miles/yr? Thanks.
