Is it the 3.0?
.00003 MF and 49% residual for either term for 15K/yr.
We don't have 18K/yr numbers.

Is anyone being charged $499 for a document fee by NJ dealers?

Dealers in NJ will charge a doc fee because they can. The dealer just has to charge EVERYONE the same doc fee, which in your case is excessive at $499. It is a BS charge that is pure profit. While they can't waive the doc fee, you can politely ask that the selling price of the car be lowered $499. In NY, the doc fee is limited by law to $75 or $95.

What's included in your $3,000 cash at closing? What's the selling price?

How many dealers have you shopped? Take everybody's numbers, write them down, & add them up to see what the total cost of your lease will be. Your dealer with his $499 doc fee might be the cheapest.

You should pay as little as you can up front. 1st month & DMV fees. Some like to pay the acquisition fee up front (you'll pay tax on it), some like to roll it into the payment (you'll pay tax & interest on it).

What is the adjusted cap cost? The extra miles will be deducted from the calculated residual.

Sometimes you can do better.. Many times, the final deal is a lot worse than the advertisement.

MSRP $54,450 first payment down $469 a month plus tax with 10k miles and 39 months. I may have left a little on the table, but I felt this was good enough to pull the trigger on with all the options and color I wanted as the inventory is starting to get smaller in FL.

Does anyone think the owner loyalty will remain thru end of 2016. I have 5 payments left and if Infiniti eats 2 of those and I still have 3, the loyalty basically eats those so its a wash unless they have it in December.

How did you get such a good deal? What was the sell price?

I went in today because the lease is up on my G37 IPL. I looked at the Q 50 red sport in Florida and got a much higher number. I'm looking for 12k miles a month but it shouldn't impact it by that much. I was told $627 a month which seemed crazy to me which is why I left. Here's what it looked like below.

Adjusted price 50,207
Taxable fees 185.50
Doc fee 999.00
Tax 71.07
Non tax fees 400
Net price 51,862.57
Residual 31,022 (57%)

Monthly $680 for 36/12 with no money down

Don't think this is a good deal and I've been trying to calculate it but I'm getting different numbers.

I think they know the Red Sports are in higher demand so they only offered you $4k of MSRP. It looks like the 3.0Ts are going for at least $6k off MSRP. Plus the MF on the 3.0T s .00004 while the RS is 4 times that equal to about 3.6% instead of .9%. That's what's driving up the payment. You should also be getting $1500 loyalty off the adjusted price as well. I would not take this deal.

@cnewhouse yeah I walked on it. Looks like the guy above got a great deal on the RS for $469 a month with the same msrp as what I was looking at.
How did you get 3.6% from .000015? I thought you have to multiple by 2400.

I also looked at a 3.0 S with and mrsp of 52,275 which they dropped to 45,212.50. However the monthly they showed me tax in for 39/12k was $599. Still seems very high compared to what others are paying. MF .00004 and residual 51%

Right - the way the residual works is that the 15K residual percentage is used, then the extra miles (9750) are subtracted out at the rate of .15 to .25 per mile (between $1462.50 and $2437.50).

We suggest that folks negotiate the selling price / cap cost, not the monthly payment. Too easy for the dealer to hide costs that way.
