    2016 Q50
    39 months
    $299 plus tax
    $995 down
    10,000 miles
    MSRP $41,360

It's my opinion that you can do better than any advertised deal, by simply negotiating a better selling price.

    39/10 for Q50 2.0t base RWD are .00120 and 51%

What is residual and MF on 2016 Q50 2.0t Base AWD 10k and 12K miles/yr, 24 months in CO?

I'm in socal, and was wondering if leases are any good right now on either the 2.0t Premium Plus or 3.0t Premium Plus. Should I wait until next month or even Labor Day weekend?

The 36/15 and 39/15 numbers are the same this month - 55% and .00017. Add 2% for 12K

    .00087 and 54% / 53% for 24 months.

36/39 month terms are much better - same MF but residual only drops to 50% / 49%

    RWD or AWD?

I would say that the leases on the new Q50 are not that great at the moment. However, no telling what Infiniti might do in the next month or two to help spur sales.

But, if Infiniti are happy with the sales rate, they may leave everything alone.

I am in agreement with you there. I popped in here for the first time in a while since I will be coming off lease on my 14 Q50 in a few months. Just wanted to see what was going on with rates. There is no way I would ever lease a Q50 at these rates. My lease rate on my Q50 was 60%/.00105 for 39/12. At today's rates my payment would have been $130 a month higher.

The problem with compensating for horrible residuals by lowering the interest rate makes MSDs to buy down the rate less enticing. At the current rate I could only drop a payment $40 with my deal. At the 2015 rates I dropped my payment $70 with MSDs

    I'm negotiating right now:

    2016 Q50 2.0T Premium AWD
    MSRP approx $39,650

    $2,000 down payment
    $309/mo
    10K miles per

Dealer won't give me MF or residual value... Strange. Would love your feedback!

.00003 MF and 49% residual, assuming 39 months.

To check the calculations, we need selling price and/or CAP cost.
Is it $2000 total due at signing?

I suppose it depends on how much of the up front costs you want to pay now, vs how much you want to add to the cap cost (and increase the payment).

On my last lease, I only wrote a check for the first months payment. There was some lease cash available which paid for some of the other costs, and the rest was added into my negotiated selling price.

I'm not concerned about putting $2K but trying to get the best lease deal with best effective lease payment possible. Not interested in ownership... I'm just reading here that leases for Q50 are not favorable currently.

We were given a monthly payment of $376.72 with out of pocket of $2,416.79 which represents taxes, bank fee and first month payment.

Is there something else we should be asking for to calculate?

Those of us on the fence... Should we wait for the Q60?

I have leased 3 G3x Sedans, 1 Q50 and 1 G37 Coupe. While I really liked the looks of the Coupe when I leased it, I was really glad to go back to a sedan when the lease was up. My kids are all grown up, so it wasn't a family thing, it was still very impractical. It was next to impossible for adults to sit in the back. During the 3 years I had it I had two people sit back there. I still haven't heard the end of it from one of them three years later.

My sister has a G37 coupe ... with three boys, aged 18, 15, and 12.

She doesn't usually take more than one kid with her at a time. They have an SUV for family duties.

    Closed the lease today.
    MSRP $40,555
    Sale Price $31,522.35
    Residual 49%
    Money Factor .00003
39 month lease/10,000 mile per year

    $2,000 down. $300/mo

However, I agreed to the Entire Care Protection plan for $1,200. Spread it out over the lease @ $33.52 per mo. Which means that the dealer charged me an additional $107 on it, and I was too light-minded to catch that. It protects me against tire replacement, windshield chips, paintless dings, and interior leather damage. I somewhat regret it but I may not if I hit a pothole in Michigan...

$333.52/mo total... How did I do?

  • wolverine011wolverine011 Member Posts: 9
Oh sorry - I should've also added $198 for the license plate.

$2,198 down. $300/mo + $33.52/mo for the entire protection plan

    Hi,

Q50 RWD Redsport 10k miles. What terms does Infiniti offer? I believe 24/36/39 right?

If I can have all the figures please.

Also could you provide what are the typical fees I would need to pay down here in FL upon inception. I will be coming off another Infiniti lease in a few months.

    Thanks!

Since you are leasing a new Infiniti you will not have to pay the lease termination fee. They will also waive $500 in excess mileage and damage to your turn in car. You will need to pay the usual TTL and bank fee of $700. Lastly you will have to pay the dealer doc fee. From what I have seen following leasing forums for many years Florida has the highest doc fees around.

I have been leasing Infinitis for 12 years and the only time I have received anything in the mail from them was early lease termination deals. They would in some cases waive the last three lease payments if you leased again. One time I took advantage of a 6 payments waived promo. I have never received any mail with loyalty cash promos, they tend to keep that close to the vest and not promote it. You have to read about it online like here on Edmunds http://www.edmunds.com/infiniti/q50/2016/car-incentives.html, or have a salesperson tell you.

Thank you for the great info in this forum—most helpful in getting the deal I wanted. Thought I’d pass along the details of the vehicle I just picked up. Happy hunting.

41835 Adjusted Cap Cost (about 15% discount, No VPP)

Assuming RWD, the 39/12 numbers are:

Can you provide me with the MF and Residual for a 2016 Q50 Red Sport RWD 15k 36/39... In South Florida if that makes any difference. Also any incentives you may track?

    Thanks!

.00017 MF and 55% residual for either 36 or 39 months.
This must be a mistake. It looks like Infiniti of Charlotte, NC is advertising the 2016 Q50 Sport Red(MSRP $52,190) for $349 a month, for 39 months, and 10K miles per year with $1999 down. You have to also pay an $889(perhaps $689. I can’t read that part) doc fee and a $700 IFS bank fee along with taxes, tag, and title. However, this deal sounds too good to be true.

If I use kyfdx’s numbers from his latest post then this deal should have a 58% residual and a .00017 MF. That would mean that they are automatically giving you a $6800 discount (Sale price $45,390) right off the bat.

Even with the extra fees and the money down that sounds like a very good deal. Honestly, I would just wrap the $1400 fees into the lease, elect to not put the $1999 down, and get 15K/yr(55% Residual) instead of 10K/yr. That would bump the payment up to $493.23 for 39 months with NC tax(3.5%) but only require the first months payment for drive off.

Less than $500 a month with zero out of pocket for a 400 HP, $52,000 car is not a bad deal in my opinion. I still have 6 months left on my current lease or I would be down there already signing the paperwork.

Even if you don’t take this particular deal then it gives you a good idea of what a dealer is willing to sell the Red sport for. The $6800(13%) discount would definitely be a good place to start. If your dealer gives you push back then show them the deal at the link below.

Actually the advertisement at the link below appears to be $399 for a $51,735 Red Sport for 39 months and 10K/yr. That is with zero out of pocket. If that is true then the total cost of the lease is only 31% of the MSRP of the car.

A good deal is usually in the 42%-46% of the MSRP. This is just giving the car away at that price for a lease.

    Hey Q50 Buyers,
I'm on a bunch of Infinity dealer mailing lists in So Cal as we leased a Q50 last Spring and want to report that there must be some major hidden incentives coming from HQ because I've got the same great offer emailed to me by multiple dealerships this week for a 2016 Q50 3.0 Premium (MSRP 41,500) for $199/month, $3000 Due at Signing for 39 months @10k miles year. That's $270 month if you do the math: $10, 600 total cost divided by 39. (in other words, putting $0 down, roll fees into cap cost, & 1st monthly only due at signing).
Just go to any website in LA/OC dealer and you'll find a similar deal advertised for most of them, though the DP and monthly numbers will be a little different for each, the total cost is about the same.
Over the course of the lease this is over $1000 less then what I've seen this summer.
    Good Luck
