2017 Mercedes Benz C-Class Lease Deals and Prices

Would greatly appreciate some advice on this....looking at a 2017 C300 4matic sedan...this is a loaner vehicle with 4,000 miles...the offer is as follows:

36M/7.5K (enough miles for me)
MSRP: $50,730
Sale price: $38,230 (includes employee incentive)
Money factor 0.00139 (negotiated down from 0.00159...couldn't bring it down further)
Residual: $30,745 (60.6% - accounts for the additional 1000 miles on the care above 3K)

Zero down (~$1502 due on signing -- this seems to include tax (6.5%) -- MN requires this upfront)

Monthly payment of $335.73

1) Does this check out okay?
2) Am I missing something?
3) Still have to discuss pre-paid maintenance....which I would appreciate recommendations on how to approach this...

To check the calculations, you need the adjusted CAP cost. That would include the acquisition fee.
The fee is $795, but since they've marked up the money factor, I'd assume the acq.fee is marked up to $1095, as well.
If I add $1095, I'm within pennies of your quote.

No point in complaining about money factor markups, etc, when you are getting 25% off the MSRP.
That payment is really low for a $50K MSRP vehicle.

$14/mo. to go up to 10K/yr

Tell them you are interested in the maintenance plan, if they can add it to the MSRP and residualize it. We've seen other Mercedes dealerships able to do this. That effectively means you only pay for 40% of the cost.
Just make sure they don't charge you more for it, than they can add to the MSRP.

.00102 MF and 64%/58% residual for 24/36 mo
Add 1% for 10K/yr

10 MSDs X .00007 reduction each = .00070 MF reduction = .00032 MF

Started negotiations yesterday and I should get some hard numbers today. They have an ad claiming $299 per month on all Certified 2017 C300's which almost sounds too good to be true. I know negative equity will bump my payment up around $75 over 3 year term but still if they can hit $375 I think it would be a good deal. Any thoughts on what I should expect? This is my first lease.

What is the original MSRP?
Either way, $299 would be great, but I'm guessing that doesn't include tax, or fees.

MB numbers are national, so far as we know.

There was a significant bump in residuals, this month. Could be the website is still using the February numbers?
