The acquisition fee is marked up $300
If the other numbers are accurate, the money factor is likely marked up a little (enough to raise the payment by $10/mo.)

The other fees all seem to be normal.

It looks like a good deal. I'd pass on the CAP reduction and roll the acquisition fee into the CAP cost, as well.
That would raise your payment to about $603/mo. after tax, but reduce the upfront to about $1310.

Don't know the Mercedes residual reductions, but there will certainly be one. It might be based on mileage only.

There are no lease programs on the 2017 C-Class.

But, if it's the 2018 you wanted, the $3501 is a rebate from Mercedes, in lieu of the tax credit (which you don't get, as a lessee).

The $1250 is a Mercedes to dealer incentive.
