    I like the concept!

I feel like back then I saw them often enough to expect that was a dealer conversion. Would make a cool drag car conversions with some big fatties outback and a nice small block

I love the Celica. seems cheap (these days) even with the steep miles. Maybe it has lot more needs the seller is hoping somebody doesn't notice.

I actually kind of like the Nova too. Small block 4 speed? Wonderful! But the black bumpers, have to go.

$5k for a ratty, junky, 4 door dart? Crack pipe.

Camaro will be turned into a 1/4 mile car or someone will destroy it. Not much to save there IMO

If you are into Eldo’s you could do worse for 18K. That is a lot of orange. I’ve never seen that color before.

I like the Benz, although probably not the easiest to live with.

I am not a fan of the jumbo Eldorados but that orange one seems like a decent deal if you could live with it.

The Celica looks like it needs a new top at a minimum and probably lots more, good luck restoring that.

The Nova had a lot of money thrown at it, unfortunately all on the wrong things. The Seville is devalued by the carb conversion IMO.

The Riv convertible does nothing for me now.

Both of the old Oldsmobiles are priced close to insanity.

We've all seen those retro Corvettes with vintage style front and rear clips on a late model car, a way to scream you are of the white sneakers/jorts/tucked in shirt demographic. Here's a new take on it:

1949? That thing has virtually no 1949 cues. I like how the LeBaron genes shine through on the greenhouse/window profile.

That "Packard" does nothing for me, it's not a "continuation" in my opinion. Just a Packard - shaped radiator shell.

I forgot he's on year of manufacture plates now, and the house, his mom's, is worth an insane amount of money these days because eastside suburb of Seattle, Bay Area part II. Stupendously lucky timing.

I hate to admit it, but assuming the dash cover isn't hiding a cracked pad, I quite like that Mark V.

The '80 98 is probably the bargain of the bunch. Rides like a wheelchair upholstered in cream puffs, as Uncle Tom McCahill liked to say.

The Collector's Series along with the previous Diamond Jubilee both featured a leather covered dash pad that was very nice. Agree, I hope that dashcover isn't hiding something.

For the 80 Olds 98, I didn't realize you could get the 350 and THM400 that year. With almost 200k on it, perhaps an engine/tranny swap?

No, that was the last year for the Olds 350. I assume it was born with the TH400 as well given that it is a 98.

You have to wonder what happened the the rear spoiler but looks good for the money especially if those miles are legit

For a KITT, you'd probably want to start with an 82 or 3. The 86 would be much more powerful but body flourishes were pretty different by then

I want that Mark. That car is literally one of maybe 30 made in that exact configuration. The silver is rare and then most were cloth and sunroof was really the only option.

If it was close I’d be in big trouble.

As for the dash pad, yes they are leather and I’ve never seen one cracked even on beat cars.

That would be cool, but taking all the fun out it would probably be cheaper to find one already done. Because I’m weird I’d like to do a KARR replica when the bottom was painted silver.

Go for it! Probably negotiable too, although it is a nice rare car, demand isn't huge as far as I know. I am sure a little could be knocked off for a quick deal. It's maybe an hour or so for me, I'll go check it out for a nominal fee :) I kind of like the looks of it in that color combo, too, but I do have a guilty pleasure in 77-79 Thunderbirds, so I don't mind the Marks.
