Wanted to chip in with the Florida numbers: BASE 2017 MDX MF 0.00136 62% Residual @ 10K miles/yr 39 months One pay option - make all payments upfront if anyone interested - MF is 0.00056 MSD *not* accepted by Acura
Congrats!
How much is that single payment?
so far i am getting $570/month with $0 down with 10k miles a year. does it look like a good deal? i am trying to get closer to 500.
Looking for numbers on a MDX AWD TECH package, 10K miles/ 36 month lease. Location Tennessee
I'm currently in a lease that is about to end, with an Acura RDX. I'm way under on my miles currently 27K miles, I purchased a 45K mile lease. Acura loyalty program is allowing me to roll up to 15K miles on a new lease.
This is the information the dealer sent to me, payment seems high.
No money down. MSRP is $51,300.00, market value selling price is $47,531.26. Your payment would be $641.00 for 36 months. The first payment would be due at signing. The annual mileage will be 10,000, and yes you will be able to roll over up to 15,000 unused miles from your lease now.
Thank you for your assistance.
62% and .00153. $750 bonus cash.
With your prices, I get $558/mo plus tax.
Ask for the adjusted cap cost - if you are rolling the fees into the lease, that will bring the payment up.
Michaell, still haven't pulled the trigger on my new Acura MDX AWD Tech. I wanted to wait till the end of November.
I'm wondering if the numbers you quoted me for October have changed any for November?
Was hoping Acura would put out an end of year promo, but have not see anything as of yet.
Thanks for always being here and helping circumvent the challenging understanding of leasing numbers.

.00136 MF and 60% residual for Tech- 36/10. Same residual for 39/10, as well.
Hi - Just wanted to check on MDX SH-AWD Advance (MSRP 57340) in NJ. I'm told the Nov program is 39months/10k a year, Residual 60% and MF .00136 (as I see above)
Best deal is 52,629 selling price, $2212 due as signing (628 1st payment, 522 DMV/Luxury tax, 595 bank fee, 399 doc fee (a little high for me), and 69.58 tax on bank and doc fee) -- Monthly payment given matches my math exactly - $628.84. Looks like no lease cash in November?
Does that look good to you? It does to me...as far as I can tell. Also, are the bank and doc fees taxable in NJ? Thanks so much!

Ah..yes but I'm including 7% NJ sales tax.
So the $52k isn't the cap cost. NJ taxes the sum of the payments and collects it up front. You can add it to the GAP cost - confirm with the dealer that this is the case.

I hear ya, but it's just semantics. The lease calculator I use knows it's NJ and adds the upfront taxes to the cap cost. ($1599)....so if I add that to the cap cost and make the tax rate 0, I still get $628. Same difference.

.00136 MF and 61% residual is correct for the Base model. The calculations look good. Can't help you with pricing.
I'm new to the site so I apologize if I'm not asking the right questions or asking in the wrong place.
I have about 5 months left on a 2014 tl tech shawd lease. I went and visited my dealer (Paragon) I'm up here in New York and was given the following information and was wanting to see if the numbers are good and what else I should be asking for.
On a 2017 shawd tech mdx no money down just "drive off costs" . Selling price (after negotiations) $47800 MF 136 and residual is 60%. Without doing any real hard numbers the dealer stated my monthly would be around $550.
Is that good deal? Does it make sense? I currently pay $450 for the tl and being that I have a rough history with the dealership, I would like to haggle the mdx monthly down to 475 or so. Is that possible/realistic?

So for the rant and thank you in advance.
Why do you want to end your current lease with 5 months left? Those payments have to go somewhere, and it's likely they are rolling over into your new lease. That's $2200, or $56/mo on a 39 month lease. If you wait until your lease is up, that will save you money right there.
MF is .00136 and residual is 60%.
Every $1000 you shave off the selling price will take $26/mo off the payment (again, for 39 months), so to get from $550/mo to $475/mo you'll have to knock about $3K off the price.
And, find out exactly what 'drive off' costs include.

According to the rep, Acura has a program where they forgive or "eat" the cost. I myself don't want to or have the need to get out of my current lease early. Just the dealership is absolutely relentless and convinced me to go see what my options were. I'll see what exactly the drive off costs are. Would a selling price of 44800 be completely unrealistic?

So for the rant and thank you in advance.
MF is .00136 and residual is 60%.
Every $1000 you shave off the selling price will take $26/mo off the payment (again, for 39 months), so to get from $550/mo to $475/mo you'll have to knock about $3K off the price.
And, find out exactly what 'drive off' costs include.

Does it seems to be a good offer or should I negotiate ?
According to the rep, Acura has a program where they forgive or "eat" the cost. I myself don't want to or have the need to get out of my current lease early. Just the dealership is absolutely relentless and convinced me to go see what my options were. I'll see what exactly the drive off costs are. Would a selling price of 44800 be completely unrealistic?
