Yes.. it's a $500 incentive from Acura
.00101 MF and 61% residual for 36/12: Base model.

To get to that payment, you need about $2500 added on to the CAP cost.
$595 acquisition fee
$500 DMV fees
$1300 (?) tax

That's pretty close.

If $3000 is going towards CAP cost reduction, then $363/mo.+tax.

I'll guess there are a lot of charges that are undisclosed (DMV? Dealer fees? Garbage accessories?)

Is 0.00101 MF is applicable for the ones who has perfect credit score? I have been quoted 0.00215 in Texas as Acura shows I have 100 points less credit score than what is shown in credit karma.

Yes, the numbers we quote are for top tier credit. We do not have any information on what the uplift would be if the credit score is lower.

I'm within a dime of that payment calculation.

However, I'd suggest you reduce the initial out of pocket to just the first payment and Motor Vehicle / Tire tax and put the rest into the lease payment.

Your initial out of pocket cost will drop to about $863 and the payment will rise to about $551/mo.

Residual is fixed by the bank.

Acquisition fee is mandatory.

The $289 dealer fee can be mitigated with a lower price.

You might shoot for a lower price.

61% is the 12K residual; confirm with the dealer how many miles their quote includes.

Using your prices, I get $689/mo plus tax.

Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is; if higher that the selling price, find out what's been added.

What lease term and how many miles per year?

Without knowing the MSRP and selling price, we can't tell you if it's a good deal or not.

Also, what does the $3000 cover?
