Considering my fourth MDX. I am considering a 2017 SH-AWD Advance.

I am in TN and would like MF and residual for 36 months, both 12k and 15k miles, with nothing down (other than first months payment).

Also, with respect to an Acura Financial lease, what fees are typically charged (acquisition, etc)?

Is there a disposition fee at the end of an Acura Financial lease? Is it waived if the vehicle is purchased, or a new vehicle leased?

Also, I see in some posts above there is lease cash available. How is this handled in the process? Is this dealer money I should consider in negotiating the price; an automatic reduction of capitalized cost; put toward payments; etc??

Also, as an aside, any MF and residual figures released yet for the hybrid?

$1000 lease cash - which is a factory to dealer incentive. Use the knowledge to negotiate your best price.

There is an acquisition fee assessed at lease inception.

If you turn the car in and do not lease another Acura, then you pay the disposition fee. If you buy the car at the end of the lease or lease or purchase another Acura, that fee is waived.

The state is New Jersey and the tax rate is 7%. The taxes are being rolled in. The 2000 is covering first months payment and then going towards fees and taxes. Whatever it doesn't cover is being rolled in.

You have about $2100 in upfront costs listed, and that's without the tax.
I'm surprised they didn't list the tax amount as well, since it's collected upfront.

I get right around $590/mo., with estimating tax.
Since I'm estimating, I'll guess their math is correct.

If you like the selling price, it looks good.

I agree with the .00094 MF; 58% is the 36/12 residual for the MDX with tech package.

If I add the sales tax and title/fees to the selling price, I get $618/mo. If I add in the acquisition fee of $595, I get $635/mo.

We do not track selling prices; use the 'make / model / year' pull downs at the top of the page to link to the price tools. Alternatively, read back through the last few pages of posts in this thread so see what others have negotiated.

You need to know the MSRP and cap cost, and what the $1284 covers.

It varies by model. In my experience, even though the numbers might change, the monthly payment tends to be pretty steady, throughout the year.

Do you mean wait until the 2018 model is out, to get a good deal on the 2017? Sometimes, that works, but your choices tend to be narrow, and sometimes the lease deals go away without notice.

Waiting to lease a 2018 model? Probably more expensive.

I just received an offer from a central Florida dealer. I can run lease calculations just fine, but what I am coming up with and what they come up with are about $40-50 different per month. I assume somethings are not being shown (for example they didn't show me a dealer fee). Any suggestions?
