The base MF is actually .00119. Using the base MF would result in a payment that is about $28/mo. lower
The only junk fee I see is the $499 doc fee. NJ doc fees are solely at the dealer's discretion. They are usually $300-$500, but it's not like you get anything for it.
As noted, we don't see the $595 acquisition fee

Confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer; might be some fees added on to the selling price that is inflating the payment.
