Hi all. I am in need of some assistance looking at a quote I just received. Shopping for a 2017 Acadia Denali. Something isn't adding up based on a 65% residual value on a 36/12 lease with what I thought should be a MF of .00070 (based on previous posts on here). Here is the quote.
According to my lease calculator on leasehackr the monthly payment should be $211. I got the dealership to tell me they are using 65% residual. Couldn't get them to tell me their MF. What am I missing? Why are they $100/month away from where I think they should be?

Ask for the adjusted cap cost - that should clear up any discrepancies.
And, we don't recommend using trade equity to buy down the payment. That money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.

Hello. Can I please have the MF and Residual% numbers for a 2017 Acadia Denali AWD in PA - for 36 months, with both 12k and 15k miles? Also, any current incentives? My current vehicle is a 2014 Acadia Denali coming off a lease from Ally. Thank you in advance.

.00070 MF and 65%/63% residual. Those numbers are from GM Financial. No lease incentives that we can see.
Just a heads up I was quoted a MF of .00065 this past weekend along with a $1000 competitive lease incentive (I am currently leasing a Ford) in NY... I was also offered below Costco/Supplier discount pricing... Dealer was only willing to absorb one of my remaining lease payments so I moved on but even with the additional payments rolled in the final price was still very attractive...
Anyone have any info on the Costco lease program. I know there is a gift card and supplier pricing but is that a rebate that can go towards down payment or just a discounted msrp. Also I'm looking for the residual for 2017 AWD sle 2 and slt1 36, 39 months 36k miles

.00070 MF and 60% residual for 39/12 (that's 39K miles, not 36K) For either trim.
Help me run the numbers on this scenario please. I think the dealership is inflating something.
MSRP: $46,840.00 Dealership Value Price (Costco Discount I believe): $44,720.95 Dealer Doc Fee: $80.00 Registration $420 Due at Signing: $1,860.00 (Includes $500 Loyalty Incentive) CA Sales Tax: 8% (i believe)
24/15K Payment with Tax: $616.55 36/15K Payment with Tax: $541.55

Anybody know the amounts of acquisition and disposition fees that GMAC charges? I'd like to make sure these aren't going to be marked up. Thanks in advance.

I don't believe either fee can be marked up by the dealer.
That said, I don't have the exact figures for acquisition fee or disposition fee.
Hopefully my last inquiry for awhile... MF/Residual for AWD Limited/Denali/SLT1 for 36mo/10k in Indiana. Also any lease cash. (Is it safe to assume that 12k would be -2%?) THANKS!!!
Here is my current offer, working them for a little more
Term: 36/15k MSRP: $49640 Sale Price: $47832 After $1000 competitive rebate : $46832 Acq fee: $595 (No doc fee or any other fees I can find) Adj Cap Cost: $47427 Residual (63%): $31273.20 MF: 0.00070 $529.63/month including taxes due at signing: $704 (first month, title/license)
They're also taking care of around $1500 in payments on my current lease to end it early. Which I'm sure they're making up for a bit in that tiny discount from sticker (only about 3.5%).
I'm arguing a bit with them on taxes...the sheet they sent me seems to be calculating taxes at 6% (I'm in Iowa) but leases in the state (according to the DMV worksheet) are taxed at 5%...it's about $180 difference...and since I believe Iowa collects taxes up front on the leased amount, they're rolling it into the cap cost I'm guessing they can get away with overcharging customers (our state sales tax is 6%).
I told them we're about $800 off but I'm not sure if that is going to be realistic with them already covering the end of my current lease, but that $800 would put me at $505/month. Not quite the 1% rule but w/ 15k miles and the $1500 in lease payoff probably not realistic (and i'm at 1.01% anyway).
Now the question is do I do the deal at $529 if they can't find the extra $ or just wait out my current lease (I'm not over on miles nor do I have a super compelling reason to upgrade other than I was bored so I went to check out the Acadia one day)...
I am in the very early stages of a lease negotiation on a 2017 Acadia Limited and I would like to get numbers on the residual. This is a 15k/39mo lease in NJ and the residual I was given was 52%, which was not in the range that I was expecting. Any feedback on that residual would be appreciated.

Using your numbers, I get $529/mo on the nose, inclusive of 5% sales tax.
I'd contact the Department of Revenue website to de-mystify the tax situation.
$1500 over 36 months is $42/mo, so not too bad of an uplift.
You can work some more on the selling price - if you don't ask, you don't get.

I was told there as low as they could go because they were getting the car from another dealer to match or first choice cooler options. For a car on there lot (not or first choice color and adds some options) this is the word i was given. Basically a 3k MSRP increase for the same monthly payment. This is obviously a better deal (still making our last 4 lesser payments for us and not rolling them into cap cost) relative to MSRP.
Apparently the tax thing is a software issue. They use 5% he said. Not sure if it's a trick they play on customers or an honest mistake, but at least i didn't fall for it.
Term: 36/15k MSRP: $52985 Price (after rebates) : $48908 Acq fee: $595 (rolled in) Adj Cap Cost: $49503 Residual (63%): $33355.35 $532/month including taxes due at signing: first month

MSRP: $48,735
Incentive: $-1000
Negotiated Sale Price: $45,432.45 (7% off MSRP)
Accessories: $499 (tint, gps addon, etc.)
Trade in: $9000
Monthly Payment: $311.62 (289.88+21.74tax(7.5%))
According to my lease calculator on leasehackr the monthly payment should be $211. I got the dealership to tell me they are using 65% residual. Couldn't get them to tell me their MF. What am I missing? Why are they $100/month away from where I think they should be?
Thanks in advance.

And, we don't recommend using trade equity to buy down the payment. That money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.

What do you think of a $400 / mo lease payment on the following:
SLT 1 - V6, AWD
MSRP: $42,350
giving me a $1000 competitive lease credit
39 mo/10k miles - $400
Paying taxes and DMV fees up front, but no other down payment/trade.
