We only show the LX-S model in a coupe.

Not a bad deal - I'm at 225 on a non SE Sport with 1k at signing, 36/15 - so your SE with only 285 at signing is right on par with that. Maybe try getting them to knock 3-400 off to take some sting out of the doc fee. Good luck!

36 Months X 15k a year = $246/month $0 sign and drive

They stated they lost money on this deal, quoted me supposedly on a base LX.

And, it's my opinion that a dealer won't agree to a deal where they lose money. They are making something, from somebody, somewhere.

Totally agree with Michaell - very nice deal - great work!

Normally dealers will not intentionally lose on a deal unless they are close to a number of units sold incentive that will trigger a significant bonus they will receive from the manufacturer.

Seems about as good as it gets if it hasn't "already been sold" from what I can tell? Residual value was listed as $15,498. Anyone else seeing similar 4th of July ads?

The ad came out Friday morning and we bought it Friday night. Not sure if the dealer replaced that car with a different stock number for the Saturday and Sunday ads, or if there were a bunch of disappointed folks.

One piece of advice. A great deal isn't all that great if you aren't happy with the car. If you want an EX but get a Sport, will you spend every day behind the wheel thinking "Gee, I wish I had [fill in name of missing option or feature here]"?

What is the adjusted cap cost?

We suggest only giving the dealer the first payment and MV costs at signing - add everything else into the lease payment.

Not sure how you get your cap cost; it should be the negotiated price plus any taxes, fees you aren't paying up front.

Interesting, so beyond the dealer cash, there is $1,000 lease cash but no financing cash? Do you think this means we could potentially take another $1k off of the internet prices they advertise when negotiating cap cost on a lease?



Also, could I get Accord LX, sport, and sport SE trim 36/12k lease RV, MF in Illinois suburbs? I assume lease cash and dealer cash are both $1k.


Finally, are you aware of any July fourth holiday discounts or July numbers yet?
