Was just at a dealer looking at a 2017 explorer sport. They Gave me a residual of 52% and money factor of 1%.  This was for 36/12 4wd in NY. Are those numbers right? They said it was through Ford finance.

52% is correct for 36/12 on the Sport.

We don't have the NY region, but in every region we have (about a dozen), the MF is 0.25% APR

Hmmm, I've given you the numbers for Ohio - Ford numbers are highly regional.

Have you checked with multiple dealers? Lease cash is factory to dealer; dealer can choose to pass all or part of it along to the customer.

Also, can the $300 2.3L ecoboost cash currently available be applied to a lease? In the lease calculator on Ford.com they include the $300 with $3,000 lease cash for total available incentives of $3,300. I'm not sure this is accurate though.
