Thanks for the response. This is the print out they gave me after I told them I had XPlan pricing (total price listed is $456, which is interesting because I went to another local dealer and asked for the same exact quote with XPlan on exactly the same car - and their price quote is $432. 

I can't quite figure out what adds the extra $24/month to this one AND why it's so much higher than what you would expect.

So, after telling the dealer I had XPlan pricing, they lowered their offer down to $456 a month (see picture below). And then I also talked to another local dealer asking for a price quote on the same exact car with XPlan pricing and they quoted me $432. I have no idea why this dealer (pictured) would be $24 higher, or why either would be so much higher than what you were coming up with. Any insights?

This second offer includes the first months' payment due at signing, but the first offer is just the $2k due.

Anyway, I can't figure any of this out!

The adjusted CAP costs on these two deals are about $1000 more than you gave us originally. That's why our estimated payment is lower.
Looks like different MSRPs and dealer fees on the two deals, as well.. That's why the payments don't match

Which is the adjusted cap cost on the first deal - $34,303? The adj cap costs I listed were what they quoted me in the email before sending the pricing sheets over.

This is the exact email they sent before lowering the price and sending me the pricing sheet:

It looks like the sale price is about $400 lower now than what he quoted me above, so how can the adj cap cost be $1k higher than he originally told me? Just a typo?

It looks like the sale price is about $400 lower now than what he quoted me above, so how can the adj cap cost be $1k higher than he originally told me? Just a typo?

The amounts listed on those screen shots can't be typos, but they don't agree with what they sent you in email.

What is the MSRP and adjusted cap cost?

We suggest you roll the bank fee and tax into the payment; if the car is stolen or totaled, do you think Gov. Cuomo will refund you the pre-paid sales tax?

Assuming AWD, 50% and .50%

We only show $3500 in lease cash; do you have a breakdown of the full $7000 the dealer is offering?

So, the calculations are good.
