The calculations are correct.

With tax collected upfront in Ohio, and also tax on the rebates, the on-line lease calculators aren't going to account for that properly.

Just use the adjusted CAP cost as the selling price in the calculators, enter the MF (.00021) and the residual (50%), and leave everything else blank.

I haven't shopped for a Ford since about 1979, so take this with a grain of salt:
It seems like a 2017 should come with a bigger discount than 4% of MSRP. Maybe, Ford just keeps adding customer incentives, with nothing else for the dealer, but I'd expect a lower price for a vehicle with $7250 of incentives.

Other than that, the numbers are dead on.

Thats my thoughts exactly! On top of that, this is a managers demo car with 4k mileage. I asked for a breakdown of the $7250, because I don't think this is all incentives.

I told them that and they said that was all they had in it which I still don't believe, but oh well.
