Thank you Michaell. This forum in general also has been very helpful. I finally got the car. 2017 i3 REX 53595 MSRP 10k 30 Month at 248 (incl 8.25% taxes)/month with 1500 drive off.

Hi Michaell, do you have the Jan MF and residual for 10K miles, 24/36 months (if they changed). Could you also confirm these for me: I see a $7,500 lease credit, $10K corporate (is that USAA too?) credit, $2K loyalty.
Any other incentives? Thought I saw a $5K manufacturer cash-back somewhere.

Hello Michaell, Do you have the rv mf for 92101 or 90007? Need 30mo/15k or 36 mo /15k. And do you know if the 10k corporate purchase incentive can be applied toward leasing ?

Hey there, Looking for deal review and leasing info in the Virginia/Maryland area. Since I'm a DC resident, I would have to pay 5.75% tax on the lease amount. The numbers don't quite add up to me so I'd appreciate any input.
Stopped by a VA dealer in the DC area today and was quoted the following for a 2017 94Ah REX:
MSRP: 55,145
Discount: 4,295 (combination of Costco invoice pricing and dealer discount)
Rebate: 11,500 (combination of federal 7500 + 2k loyalty + 2k lease cash)
Adjusted Price: 39,350
Dealer processing: 699
Tax: 1,219
Non-tax fees: 383.10
Net Price: 42,477
And this was their payment breakdown for a 10k mile, 36 month lease: | Cash Down | Payment | | 482 | 481.12 | |3,000| 396.09| |5,000| 333.33|
Residual: $31, 984.
Thoughts?
Else would you be able to share the MF and residual for '17 REX in VA and MD?

With your prices, I get $428/mo, tax included. MF may be marked up, and I would confirm the net price they are using for their price quote.
Hello, I am looking for deal review for the Bay Area. I am new to leasing and appreciate any input! Attached is the best quote I've gotten from a dealer. The car is a 2017 service loaner.

I agree with the math on that worksheet. What does the $2500 due at signing cover? We'd recommend you just make the first payment and DMV costs when you sign the contract.
Hello: Would you please tell me the current MF and Residual on a 2017 i3 and i3 REX for 24 months/10,000 miles in the Louisiana region? Also, is there both 7500 icredit and 2000 cash (non loyalty) available on 2017s?
Is it possible to lease a "trade in used i3" with less than 5,000 miles on it?
If it's truly a used car... meaning it's been titled to an individual, it likely can't be leased for a decent payment. But, if it's a service loaner, demo or corporate vehicle, then it probably qualifies for the new car lease program. The only way to know is to ask the dealer.

.00156 MF and 64% residual We only see $7500 plus $2000 loyalty. But, we don't have the incentives for every market.

Thanks so much for the feedback. It was a personal lease vehicle and is listed as a CPO / 32% off MSRP. I'm guessing the $7500 iCredit doesn't apply to this vehicle?

We don't have anyway of knowing... but, seems doubtful.
Just to double check. Do the 2017 I3's still have lease support this month? And do the fleet and graduate discounts apply? If so, do you know how much they are?

Just leased a 2017 I3 Rex, Silver, Tera full leather, tech /driving assist package, parking assist pkg, moonroof, 20" wheels and upgraded stereo. 24 months, 10K miles. It was a "executive demo" with 4,900 miles. $1,500 driveoff (first month, license fee, doc fee, CA tire fee, cap reduction tax, AVRS) and $319.54 month with $700 security deposit. The residual was 64%. Dealer said that bumping up the money factor from .000156 to .0005 would eliminate the bank fee. Overall seems like a decent deal for this car. What are your thoughts?

Seems like a good deal. Did you do the math, to see if the money factor bump would save money over paying the $925 fee?

Initially, I calculated it using an incorrect net cap factored into the equation and it resulted in a savings. However, looking at the paperwork, I think i overpaid by $100 by letting the dealer take the additional .0005MF.
The other thing I just realized was that I was pricing the car at "new" but then realized it should have been "used" as it had plates. Had I known this, I probably could have negotiated a better price but thought $49,810 was a fair sales price. KBB provides a fair CPO price of $47,991. Ouch!

It leases as a new car, with all of the incentives. I doubt KBB factors that into their "used car" values.
Looks like you did pretty well.
The acquisition fee waiver bump usually works out for short term leases (check), and lower priced vehicles (oops). $100 won't kill you.. lol

But, if it's a service loaner, demo or corporate vehicle, then it probably qualifies for the new car lease program. The only way to know is to ask the dealer.
