Hi Michaell, do you have the Jan MF and residual for 10K miles, 24/36 months (if they changed). Could you also confirm these for me: I see a $7,500 lease credit, $10K corporate (is that USAA too?) credit, $2K loyalty.

Any other incentives? Thought I saw a $5K manufacturer cash-back somewhere.

Looking for deal review and leasing info in the Virginia/Maryland area.
Since I'm a DC resident, I would have to pay 5.75% tax on the lease amount.
The numbers don't quite add up to me so I'd appreciate any input.

Stopped by a VA dealer in the DC area today and was quoted the following for a 2017 94Ah REX:

• MSRP: 55,145
  
• Discount: 4,295 (combination of Costco invoice pricing and dealer discount)
  
• Rebate: 11,500 (combination of federal 7500 + 2k loyalty + 2k lease cash)
  
• Adjusted Price: 39,350
  
• Dealer processing: 699
  
• Tax: 1,219
  
• Non-tax fees: 383.10
  
• Net Price: 42,477
  

And this was their payment breakdown for a 10k mile, 36 month lease:

With your prices, I get $428/mo, tax included. MF may be marked up, and I would confirm the net price they are using for their price quote.

I agree with the math on that worksheet. What does the $2500 due at signing cover? We'd recommend you just make the first payment and DMV costs when you sign the contract.

But, if it's a service loaner, demo or corporate vehicle, then it probably qualifies for the new car lease program. The only way to know is to ask the dealer.

We only see $7500 plus $2000 loyalty.
But, we don't have the incentives for every market.

We don't have anyway of knowing... but, seems doubtful.

Just call up the dealer and ask them.

Just leased a 2017 I3 Rex, Silver, Tera full leather, tech /driving assist package, parking assist pkg, moonroof, 20" wheels and upgraded stereo. 24 months, 10K miles. It was a "executive demo" with 4,900 miles. $1,500 driveoff (first month, license fee, doc fee, CA tire fee, cap reduction tax, AVRS) and $319.54 month with $700 security deposit. The residual was 64%. Dealer said that bumping up the money factor from .000156 to .0005 would eliminate the bank fee. Overall seems like a decent deal for this car. What are your thoughts?

Initially, I calculated it using an incorrect net cap factored into the equation and it resulted in a savings. However, looking at the paperwork, I think i overpaid by $100 by letting the dealer take the additional .0005MF.

The other thing I just realized was that I was pricing the car at "new" but then realized it should have been "used" as it had plates. Had I known this, I probably could have negotiated a better price but thought $49,810 was a fair sales price. KBB provides a fair CPO price of $47,991. Ouch!

It leases as a new car, with all of the incentives. I doubt KBB factors that into their "used car" values.

Looks like you did pretty well.

The acquisition fee waiver bump usually works out for short term leases (check), and lower priced vehicles (oops). $100 won't kill you.. lol

Does the 2017 i3 still have lease support in May? I know it did in April when all the other 2017 BMW's didn't.
