Thank you so much for the info, that $1000 lease bonus will save me an extra $30 a month Weighing this and a Q5 Premium Plus which I hear has great incentives too. Dealer always asking me what I want to pay. Constantly telling them I want the MF and residual and adjusted cap cost as those numbers are more important to me. Finally got the info out of them! The extra 3k miles a year I assume will cost me about $35-40 a month extra?

Reduces the residual by 2% of MSRP. Take that number and divide by 36.

1) don't put money down on a lease - that money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled
2) only pay the first payment and DMV costs at signing - roll everything else into the lease payment

This will result in a higher payment, but you're protecting your money.

I see $1000 bonus cash and $1000 loyalty incentives

You are getting less than 6% off sticker (excluding the incentives); you should push for more of a discount.

AudiCare is $849, but increases the residual by 1%. On a $55K MSRP car that works out to $299 for three years of scheduled maintenance. That's really cheap.

Going from 10K/yr to 15K/yr on a $55K car reduces the residual by 3% or $1650.
That will raise the payment by about $45/mo.

Got the same deal (36/10), but monthly payment down to $515 and Audi care included. Don't know what the cap cost was reduced to though, but I know MF was brought down to 0.00006. Solid deal?

I will roll upfront fees into payments per your recommendation.

Yes, we recommend rolling in all taxes and taxable fees into the lease payment.

Regarding the 2.0 vs. 3.0, I guess you'd have to drive them back-to-back and see if it's worth the extra money. I've never shopped in that price range.

Looks like your dealer is marking up the money factor.
Definitely roll in the tax. MD taxes the full selling price, so it's a lot of money. ($3000)

Looking for the March MF and residual for A6 Premium Plus and for any lease incentives/lease cash. As always, I appreciate the help.

Currently looking at a 2017 A6 P+ but only have the Feb MF and residual. I included audi car plus as I understand that it works out favorable as it goes into the cost of the car and increases the residual by 1%.

SP: $55,500.00
Rebate : $3000.00
Subtotal: $52,500.00

Tax is 7.25%
Fees due at signing: 393.15 (doc, filing, license, title) + 1st payment
