This shot is from Hejhal Oldsmobile in the Chicago area, circa 1962. A surprising number of conquest trade-ins from other manufacturers here.
I notice the 3 FoMoCo products at left front all are hardtops, and the two Fords, 57 and 60, are 4-door hardtops. The Mercuty in middle of front row appears to be a post model. Must be an upscale neighborhood doing the trading in. In that era I saw mostly post models and hardtops were much fewer in number.
The '58 Chevy assembly line pic makes me curious as to what the red lighting above is for. Since these appear to be finished/trimmed cars I cannot imaging they are baking the paint at that stage.
Would be shot of the Minis be from Longbridge (Austin) or Cowley (Morris)? I'm guessing the former.
Green light - All is well, assembly line proceeding. Yellow light - Small problem(s) found. Red light - Assembly line stops immediately. Significant problem found or other important reason.

I believe that's a colorized photo. I suspect the errors in colors of the overhead lights is a result. Note that different fluorescents are different colors.
The reflections of the overhead lights in various paint colors on the cars are all white.
@ab348 I believe was at Longbridge - there are A40s in the middle and they are also making Metropolitans on the far side - and all the Minis are Austin ones (which at that early time would be badged at least for the home market as Austin Sevens)
That looks like a 57/60 or so Ford Taunus P2 on the right next to the TR3
That convertible Oldsmobile looks too large to be an 88 - is that a 98? To the right of that is a 59 Mercury and behind our usual 60 Ford is a 58 Mercury -it looks like a top range model so maybe a Park Lane?

It strikes me that the Minis at least, and it looks like others as well, are left-hand drive.

On my picture from Longbridge I hadn't noticed the Minis were LHD... Mini was launched as Austin Seven and Morris Mini Minor in late August 1959, and from the start they were selling quite strongly in Europe as well as North America although I think they took a little while to take off in your market compared with over here. They didn't all sell under those names though - for some reason Denmark had Austin 850 as did Australia went with that whilst the Austin Seven became Austin Mini here from early 1962 Denmark also used different names for the BMC 1100 ADO16 range - they called them the Morris or Austin Glider due to the soft suspension...
Eagle Vision. My mom test drove a loaded one back in the day, right around the time the brand was being discontinued. It seemed like a very nice car, IIRC the old school indy mechanic she patronized told her not to buy an orphan brand.
That looks like a Cisitalia - no idea re coach builder
Yup, that's a 1950 Cisitalia 202 Spider, with styling by Stabilamenti Farina (predecessor of Pininfarina). Frankly I forgot there was a 202 Spider but I do know that the 202 Coupe set the pattern for the classic Gran Turismo and sports cars of the Golden Age.
FWIW Cisitalia, based in Turin, was primarily a builder of racing cars based on the mechanicals of contemporary Fiats until 1952. In conjunction with Ferry Porsche they built a 4 wheel drive F1 car.
In Seattle, 1967-1970 Chevy van coming towards the camera with some funny German car to its right. Looks like a '63 Chevy wagon behind the van. In the lane behind the Benz and the motorcycle is what I think is a '63 Plymouth (either that or a '65 Chevelle) followed by what appears to be a '69 Cutlass, possibly a convertible.
Going away from the camera is an early Volvo 140 series, and up ahead of it a ways is what I think is a '66 Chevelle which is next to a tiny European rear-engine creation which sort of looks like a 4-wheeled Isetta but I can't be certain.
One of those pictures that there must have been an explanation for at the time but which now just has become a curiosity. New York City, 1st Ave and 23rd St., 1958, expands well.
Dauphine driver gazing up at Lamppost. Carmen Dell'Orefice now 89 y/o. Betsy Pickering next to her passed in 2013 at 79. At first thought that was a '53 but @Lostwrench3 is right. That trim does look like a '52 Monterey.
Where did the other Lostwrenches go?
A time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing.
That is a good question. Years ago, I began with Lostwrench. After some years, I was no longer able to sign into Mystery Car Pix so started again with Lostwrench2. Years later, again was unable to sign into Mystery Car Pix so started again with Lostwrench3. It was as though after hitting a maximum number of posts, one had to sign up again with a new user name.

Car beside it kind of has a British Ford-looking roofline, but the front end isn't right. Maybe a larger model Simca?

Any points for the location? Austin, Minnesota.

Prewar coupe nearest the camera is maybe a 37-38 Chevy, prewar sedan several cars to the left is a 37-38 Mopar product.

I don't think that's it, given my post count.
