    LAX, late 1967. I'm a bit confused by this photo. It looks like a combo of a rental car holding lot on one side and and a regular parking lot on the other. Expands well.

    Strong rental car vibe from the spec of those cars, yeah. My dad's 68 Fairlane had the same dog dish hubcaps as seen on the the white 67 and 68 Galaxie fastbacks. Kind of a "sleeper" look. 65 Squire in the foreground.

    Fintail appears to be a W111, maybe a 220 (not S or SE, as appears to lack fin chrome and has small taillights).

    At center left near a stop sign behind a Beetle I spot an early Datsun pickup. A few "up" from that is a then-new 2nd gen VW T2 van.

    I just noticed beside the 68 Impala coupe appears to be a white 68 Fairlane sedan. My dad's was maybe lower than rental spec - 289, but manual steering, manual brakes, 3 on the tree, nothing else really but a radio. I imagine by then rental cars would generally have automatic and power assists.

    i'm pretty sure the Caddy in lower right is the newest car but i can't tell if it's a '61 or '62. The oldest is surely the Mopar lower left (Dodge? Plymouth? DeSoto?)

    The blue car is a '61 Ford. The VW looks early 60s.

    El Camino is probably at least a 64.

    The Chevelle, on which the El Camino in the picture is based, came out in 64.
    I think the Chevelle waiting for the pedestrians to cross is a 65.

    I figured a way around the 'too much info' link problem. I use the Snip tool (press Windows button+shift+s), the only thing that comes across is the image.
