Hello...can you please help with the MF and RV for a 2017 BMW 535i GT for 24/12k? Will xDrive change the numbers? Thanks!

Can you also please help with the MF and RV for 24/12K for 2017 BMW 530i and 540i? Also, I am looking for a demo car. Any insights to what % off the MSRP I should shoot for? Thank you!

We suggest you target 7% off sticker, before applying any available incentives.

How many miles per year?
State and tax rate?
$5000 down on a lease is way too much, IMO. Limit out of pocket cash to just the first payment and DMV/Registration costs. Everything else would be at risk if the car is stolen or totaled.
Yes, It's about $7500 due at signing. Although now based on Michaells advice that $5000 down is too much I'm thinking of dropping that down drastically and keeping the money in the bank. Thanks
in this price, they gave me the $500 rebate they give to everyone, $1000 off for conquest, and another $1000 rebate for being self employed. i didn't know there was a rebate for being self employed, but it looks like there is one now. if anything, i figure being self employed would increase the price due to higher risk factor.
Drive off: $1385 Monthlies: $787
i live in NYC, and the taxes are included.
this looks like they are going off base everything, MF, residual, etc. does that seem right? this looks like a fair for the car, but I think i'm going to make them go to $760/ month

That's another $1000 off the selling price. Does the current selling price reflect all the rebates and incentives? If so, that's just under 7% off sticker, which is decent. But, if you don't ask, you don't get.
Also, ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, with the taxes and fees included. Want to make sure there isn't anything suspect buried within that quoted payment.

I would love to find out the MF and residual rate on a 2017 550 Gran Turismo for a 24/10 and 36/10 lease in CA. I am also curious if you know anything about leasing terms for an Executive Demo. I have been told that if the car has between 7500 and 10,000 miles on it then the residual get reduced by 6% in addition to a $0.25 per mile penalty that is also applied to further reduce the residual. Wanted to just verify these facts. Thanks so much!

Yes, the residual adjustments are correct - 6% plus .25/mile for all miles between 7500 and 10000.
My apologies in advance if this is the wrong forum, I can't find M550 lease forum anywhere. Looking for August MF and Residual 12K mi/yr, 36 mo (as well as any departure from 36 sos that makes sense i.e. 33 month etc. And would you still suggest 7% off MSRP as a target even though it's M550? Thank you!!

.00151 and 59%.
Because of the miles, you will have to subtract 6% from the residual, plus .25 per mile for every mile on the car.
You are getting $27,000 off sticker? That's not a typo?
Let's do the math - 53% of the MSRP is $43,100, then subtract another $2112 for the miles.
The adjusted cap cost is $55,625
Plugging those numbers into my lease calculator, I get $569/mo with 3% tax added in.
That is a heck of a payment on a car that retails for north of $81K

BMW 540i 2017, MSRP: $67,420 36/10, Selling Price: 60,200 Tax (Texas): 6.5% Fees: $720 Monthly payment: $780 (tax included) Down (including first month): $1500 ($780+$720). Is this good?
If I add $925 for acquisition fee and about $4000 for tax, I get $808/mo. So, $780/mo. looks good. It's possible your price includes the acquisition fee, or I've miscalculated the tax.

I don't know the adjusted cap cost sorry. Ended up not taking the deal, and going with another dealership (even though the lease payment was $6 more and $206 more drive off) instead on a slightly different build in bluestone metallic, with 20" rims.
