Im negotiating prices and here is a quote I got from the dealer.

Here is the recap on the 2017 BMW 530i Sport line. Alpine whit with black Dakota leather

Those numbers are wrong. Florida does not tax the selling price, just the monthly payment.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and make sure you understand what was added to and subtracted from the selling price to get that number.

Thanks Michaell! It looks like it went down 1% from last month? Dealers have been quoting me for 7.5K because that's what i've been asking for... but do you think they were probably doing 10K all along if it's not available? For the lease cash, is it just because of BMW loyalty? Thanks!

Thanks Michaell! It looks like it went down 1% from last month? Dealers have been quoting me for 7.5K because that's what i've been asking for... but do you think they were probably doing 10K all along if it's not available? For the lease cash, is it just because of BMW loyalty? Thanks!

You'd have to ask the dealers what residual they are quoting for.

I am only aware of the 7500 allowance being available on the 7-series.

$4500 is way too much to put down on a lease; first payment and registration costs, are what we suggest.

Nice discount from sticker, but the rest of the numbers in the right column are all applicable to a lease.

Florida taxes the monthly payment.
No mention of the BMW acquisition fee.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost they are using to get their payment quotes on the left. That will tell us a lot.

Yes... you can use the factory paid maintenance program at any BMW new car dealer.

What state?

If I ignore the $4200 and use $60,000 as the cap cost, I get $687/mo with tax included.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and how they got to that number.

Subtracting the lease credit, I get $682/mo.+tax.
If the $2500 is all going for legitimate fees/tax/first payment, then it looks good.

1) Aside for asking here and troubling others for info, are the the monthly financing details (MF, residual, incentives, etc) posted by the manufacturer or available on some website?

2) Is there a good lease calculator you recommend for running the math to evaluate a dealer offers?
