12,000 miles/year
Money factor: .00029
Residual: 53%
Total Drive Off: $2,398 (includes 3 MSD's of $1,350 total, first month's payment, and registration fees)
Monthly payment: $404 (including CA tax)

Doc fee is driven by the dealer; $700 IFS acquisition fee

Been working hard on this and reading all the help on these forums to become educated on leasing! Thank you to all who post their experience and expertise. Feel like I was definitely able to squeeze every bit that I could out of this deal. Needed the extra mileage and wanted all the features but still wanted to keep the payment in my comfort area!

Total Cap Cost $46,116 (includes $700 Bank Fee, Tax and Motor Vehicle)

Would this be good? Also there is a problem the VPP must be a current employee not former employee right? Do you think I can still ask for this price even if VPP is not for former employee?

@jacky7 When I did VPP (in 2011), I had to have a PIN. Can't remember all the details, but if you need to be a current employee (and you probably do), then they might get sticky about it.

VPP is real. If you don't qualify for it, you better take it, if offered.

36 month residual is actually lower.

You'll have to talk to the dealer to see how the extra miles will be addressed.

While the MF and RV are aligned with what's on this board, multiple dealerships are telling me that their Lease prices are about $3-4K higher than their sales prices. I've heard of different dealer incentives before, but doesn't this seem extremely high?

Not necessarily. Different incentives are in play for lease vs. purchase, which will dramatically impact the final selling price.
