Is this a good deal for QX60 AWD Premium Plus 12/39 in NY/NJ? Thanks!
    $51,540 MSRP
    $44,478 Sales
    .00003MF
    54% Resid
    $1,000 conquest rebate

Fees at signing: $160 license transfer, $700 Bank, $1,525 Tax
    Monthly: $423

I get $437/mo with those numbers, so $423/mo. looks good.
I'd roll in the $2225 for acquisition fee and tax.
That will add $62/mo to the payment, but cut your out of pocket to $650 due at signing.

Hi - working with a dealer right now on a 2017 QX60 AWD. Premium Plus with Cargo Package and splash guards. MSRP of $51,040. Trying to get the detail numbers but was given a quote of $450 a month for 39 months at 10,000 miles. $2,300 down. Working the math from what I see based on the other known factors on the site, it looks like a good deal but wanted to check. Thanks for the help,

Hello! Looking for MF and residual in Southeastern PA for 39/12 on an AWD.

Any information on lease incentives? Looks like people are getting great deals, but I can't seem to find hard numbers on what to expect to get off sticker.

    Thanks!!

We don't have Infiniti incentive information, but there has to be substantial lease cash to get the deals we've been seeing.

Thanks for the info. I'm handicapped a bit by the fact that the three closest Infiniti dealers are all over an hour away!

First quotes I'm getting from two of them are not very good. One told me there is only $250 lease cash from Infiniti???

We don't have that information, though I'd be surprised if BMW isn't on it.

Suggest you reach out to multiple dealers and see if you get a consistent answer.

As an update, whatever great deals existed previously seemed to have evaporated. I'm being quoted $250 lease cash from 2 separate dealers now. Pricing is not good enough either to bring the payments down substantially.

I'm new to leasing, I hope you can help me.
    I'm trying to lease a 2017 QX60, 39 months/15,000 miles
I live in Louisiana, Metairie. I'm trying to trade a 2013 JX35. They say they given me $27,000 for it. The pay off is $31059.

    msrp is $50,300
I attached the sheet the dealership gave me but I'm think they are really not giving me any thing off of MSRP.
The guy is telling me that I'm really pay the numbers that he wrote in pen on the sheet. And I really thinking  the payment  seems high. I hoping I can get some help.  Thanks

I agree that the numbers on your worksheet don't make sense.

That said, the $4000 of negative equity adds over $100/mo to the payment - but, I don't see that listed anywhere on the worksheet, either

    Seems shady to me.

I asked for them to show me all the numbers. He said oh you see them on  contract and you're see that they all line up we just have to show it like this. I bought a car in December 2016 from them, almost 9 months and the car has been in the shop 15 times. A week or two at a time. They know im soooo  aggravated/upset with the Situation. He's tell me they are give me more for my car and some back because I  bought an extended warranty and the taxes and are Trying to make this right. After everything on that car I upside of $4000. So he's tell me  brand new 2017 I know it will be $100 more  but I don't care what the payment  is. I want yo see all the numbers and this doesn't make Since to me.
Family and friends  beg me to go in when they're buying because I'm pretty aggressive but I don't know anything about leasing.  The dealership is the ones telling me , leasing is a great.
Could you tell where to go from here, as far what do I ask for from them.

Ask them to print up a contract, using the numbers they've given you, and give you a copy, so you can look it over. All of the numbers have to be on there.

I live in Maryland and was trying hard for the VW Atlas SEL Premium over the past week but availability is just too limited. Going with my back up plan the QX60 today. Getting the deluxe technology package which is a little harder to find. Usually when you get that, you have to get the theater package and I don’t want that.

Best numbers I’ve gotten are as follows:

    MSRP incl. Destination $58,340
    Selling Price $49,740 = discount of $7,600 + $1,000 for being a Honda owner
    Lease Terms: 15k miles/39 months/total mileage 48,750
Less: Cap Cost Reduction = RDX Trade-in = $1,435 positive equity
    Lease Acq Fee $700
    Doc Fee $695
    DMV & Registration $300
    Money Factor 0.00003
    Residual Value (%) 51% / $29,753.40
Sales Tax on Selling Price (6%) $2,984

When I pop them into the leasing calculator, here’s what I get:
Net Cap Cost (incl. Tax) $52,984.40
    Total Depreciation $23,231.00

    Total payments $24,848.90
    Total Finance Charge $96.80
    Payment per Month $598.15 = Depreciation $595.67 + Finance Charge $2.48

TOTAL due at signing: $2,119.25 = 1st Payment $598.15 + Cap Cost Reduction incl. Tax $1,521.10

*Note: these numbers are slightly off because the dealer is willing to give me $19,250 for my trade-in but the breakdown I sent showed if he gave me $19,000. They said if they may even be able to give me more since VW was offering $20k for it to make a deal when they almost had an SEL premium. But they have to see the car first and won’t commit to it.

Only downside is that the car is in white and has to be ordered. It’ll come in a few days and they’ll give me a loaner until then, but still a little bit of a hassle. Especially because they’re further.

There’s another dealership that has the car in stock AND it’s in my preferred silver. Their numbers aren’t as good - they’re coming in at $625/month. But I’m going to go there in person and see if I can get this deal at least matched and maybe get a little something extra too because they won’t go higher on my trade in.

Seems like the running boards could be good? Anyone have experience getting that negotiated in?

The other dealer is closer to me in Maryland too so the Doc fee is only $299 here vs the VA one of $699.

    Hi,

Looking for RV and MF for a 2017 QX60 AWD with Premium, Premium Plus, Deluxe Tech, and Theater Packages in NJ. 39 mo / 12k yr.

I don't have all of the numbers from the dealer yet, but what was just given to me was based off of an MSRP of $60,900, a selling price of $56,135. My employer qualifies me for their VPP program which I am told results in the contract to show a selling price of invoice price ($56,135) but additional money goes towards cap cost.

With doc fees, 1st month etc $2,382.68 due at signing for a monthly price of $555.41.

That also includes a $1,000 rebate for having a current Lexus lease as well.

It seems like others are getting larger discounts off of MSRP and a better selling price. Not sure if the VPP program is masking that, but how does this deal sound so far and what other info do I need from the dealer?

    Thanks!

I agree with your calculations. Yes, that doc fee is ridiculous, but it's the monthly payment you need to be concerned with. The CAP cost reduction is from your trade, right? Just the first payment out of pocket?

If the running boards can't be residualized, then that will be expensive on a lease. No idea if that's possible for an Infiniti. But, for example, on an Acura MDX, the dealer can add $400 to the MSRP for running boards. You'll have to ask the dealer.

Finally decided on leasing QX60 AWD with Driver Assist package, could you please provide the MF and RV for 39/10 or 39/12 Boston area. Also, I qualify for VPP, on a MSRP of 52,890.00 i get a set price of 49,801.00. How should i use that with the dealer? how much more can I negotiate down? will waiting for labor day make a difference? any recommendations on dealers? Thanks in advance

    .00003 and 54% / 53%

It's our understanding that VPP establishes a fixed price - no further negotiation allowed.

I think you can do much better without VPP.

No information on what will happen in September.

I just finalized a deal using VPP as well and from what I understand, the selling price shows as invoice, but they are able to apply additional VPP money as a cap cost reduction. Some dealers keep the additional money for themselves, i was able to get an additional $1,500 VPP cap cost reduction. I spoke to other dealers and asked them if it was better not to use the VPP program, and all told me VPP would give me the best possible price.

I negotiated with multiple dealers on sales price exclusive of any incentives. When I got my best deal, I then gave them my VPP code to apply to the agreed upon selling price. I was at over $5K below invoice before applying my VPP. It was applied as dealer cash so it just reduced the selling price used in the contract instead of being a cap cost reduction from a rebate.

Thanks. It was a lot of work playing multiple dealers against each other. I also scoured different zip codes on Truecar to find the lowest available quote.

Multiple dealers coming back with 20% on cash deals but not leasing. Thoughts?
