This is the deal I'm currently working on. Is the disposition fee of $395 and option to purchase fee of $300 normal charges. What are your thought on this deal? After reading what others are paying, I'm considering offering them less.

Those are fees imposed by the bank which are paid at the end of the lease - the first if you return the car, the latter if you buy it.

Trade In: 8500 but owe $8000 (would i get a tax break against the lease?)

$474 + Tax = $510 or so in NJ... I am trying to get them to $475 all in

I get $471/mo.+tax, if the Selling price = the adjusted CAP cost.

Not sure about trade-in credit on taxes against a lease in NJ. You'd have to ask the dealer that.

If you're comfortable with the discount from sticker, all else looks good.

.00003 and 49% for 39/15; you'll have to talk to your dealer about how the extra miles are addressed.

No information on 2018's at this time.

I can't say how the discounting is running in your area but the suburban Chicagoland dealer I bought my '17 QX60 from back in March has web pricing that's 11.8% off MSRP without even negotiating.

You are better off sticking with 39 months for any Infiniti. MF is the same, but the difference in residual does not offset the smaller number of payments.

I get $391/mo with your prices.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and make sure you understand what was added to and subtracted from the selling price to get that number (taxes and fees, most likely).

Thanks Michaell, the cap cost is 45970.18, but I think they’re calculating taxes for the whole value instead of the lease term, because they put 3353.42 for taxes.

NJ and NY both calculate sales tax against the sum of the payments; could be that they are also adding the acquisition fee and other fees into the cap cost, as well. Ask for a full breakdown of what was added to the selling price.

I’m in Seattle area and plan to buy a 2017 QX60, premium plus and driver assistant package. The MSRP is around 52,550, and the dealer is willing to offer 44,000.

I’m wondering if it is a good deal. And if I do 10k, 3 year lease, what would be the mf, rv and estimated monthly payment before tax.

Assuming the $44K is the cap cost, I get a payment of $430/mo plus tax (39 month term)

Be advised, there may be incentives available for a purchase that you can't get when you lease.

I’ve never leased a car and tend to keep cars longer than 5 years, but not sure about this time, as the model has been out for a while and probably will be updated soon. If the extra cost for lease is reasonable, I would consider lease, but not decided yet.

In terms of price, any idea where the bottom line is? 44k seems a big discount from 52k, but I’m not familiar with this brand and the market.

I didn't say that, just that the lease and purchase incentives are different.

If you tend to keep your cars for 5 years, I'd skip leasing.

We don't track pricing, so don't know how much lower the price could get.
